★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir pizza com eles não compensa, a massa super fina, quase sem recheio, parecia mais um biscoito o composto da pizza com a massa... O Catupiry horrível, parece massa que nao assou direito.. NÃO RECOMENDO E NÃO COMPRO DE NOVO. O atendimento é ótimo... Mas a pizza... Deixou mto a desejar, dinheiro jogado fora!
 Ask for pizza with them does not compensate, the super thin pasta, almost without filling, looked more like a biscuit the pizza compound with the pasta ... The horrible Catupiry, it seems pasta that did not roast right .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DO NOT BUY AGAIN. The service is great ... But the pizza ... left to be desired, money thrown away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao gostei Comprei duas pizzas a de mussarela veio qualhada parecia uma sopa ou que tinha jogado agua dentro Voltei la para trocar me deram outra aparentemente boa mais ao cortar a mesma coisa toda aguada por dentro poxa estou gravida e joguei meu dinheiro no lixo o minino que eles deveriam fazer era mandar uma pizza normal e nao estragada pq foi isso que aconteceu enfim dei uma estrela pelo atendimento pelo mesmo isso foi muito bom Bem atenciosa as atendentes
I didn't like it I bought two pizzas the one with mozzarella came like it looked like a soup or I had poured water in. I went back to exchange it, they gave me another apparently good one more when I cut the same watery thing inside. I'm pregnant and I threw my money in the trash the minino that they should do was send a normal pizza and not spoiled cuz that's what happened at last I gave a star for the service for the same it was very good Well attentive the attendants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.. fiz um pedido as 20hrs.. as 21 eu liguei pra cobrar disseram que ja estava com o motoqueiro. Deu 20 minutos liguei de novo e nada.. passados 2hrs no total tentei inúmeras vezes ligar .. não me atenderam mais.. local totalmente despreparado. Se não tem a possibilidade de entregar o pedido é mais fácil negar a venda. Não recomendo..
Terrible .. I made a request at 20hrs .. at 21 I called to charge said I already had the biker. Gave 20 minutes I called again and nothing .. after 2hrs in total I tried numerous times to call .. they didn't answer me anymore .. totally unprepared place. If you are unable to deliver the order it is easier to deny the sale. I do not recommend..

Esperei a entrega por 3h e meia.
A cada momento que ligava no estacionamento eles me davam uma desculpa diferente.
Liguei cancelando o pedido e mesmo assim fizeram o motoboy vir fazer a entrega. Se o local não tem condições de trabalho, cancelem os pedidos. Total falta de respeito com o cliente e desorganização.
Equipe totalmente despreparada.
Terrible.
I waited for delivery for 3 and a half hours.
Every time I called in the parking lot, they gave me a different excuse.
I called canceling the order and even then they made the courier come to deliver. If the place has no working conditions, cancel the orders. Total lack of respect for the customer and disorganization.
Staff totally unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido ontem 01/01/2020 e fiquei quase 3h e meia esperando. Cada vez que ligava para saber sobre o pedido os atendentes davam uma desculpa. Por fim, liguei pedindo o cancelamento e cerca de 30 min depois o motoboy apareceu querendo fazer a entrega. Não aceitamos o pedido e então ligamos na pizzaria para um esclarecimento, deixaram o telefone fora do gancho para não nós atender e nos dar uma satisfação. Estão despreparados para atendimento ao público e solucionar eventuais problemas. Estou tomando as medidas necessárias para o estorno do valor. E deixo aqui a insatisfação pelo péssimo serviço prestado por parte da Pizzaria Lá Bella.
Lamentável!
I placed an order yesterday 01/01/2020 and was almost 3h30 waiting. Each time I called to find out about the order, the attendants made an excuse. Finally, I called for cancellation and about 30 min later the motoboy showed up wanting to make the delivery. We did not accept the order and then we called the pizza parlor for clarification, left the phone off the hook not to answer and give us a satisfaction. They are unprepared to meet the public and resolve any problems. I am taking the necessary steps to reverse the value. And I leave here the dissatisfaction for the terrible service provided by Pizzeria La Bella.
Unfortunate!
