★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, pedido veio errado, pela metade, pedi duas pizzas, veio apenas 1, fiquei esperando na portaria o rapaz pegar a outra pizza, sério fiquei na porta esperando. Chegou sem a borda de catupiry ( que foi cobrada), sem morango na pizza com morango (que foi cobrado), sem catupiry na pizza de escarola com catipiry ( que tb foi cobrado). Resumindo, muito ruim, fui enganada e lesada financeiramente, e sim, é o estabelecimento da Vila Maria.
Bad service by phone, order came in half wrong, I ordered two pizzas, only one came, I was waiting at the lobby for the boy to get another pizza, seriously I was at the door waiting. It arrived without the edge of catupiry (which was charged), without strawberry on the pizza with strawberry (which was charged), without catupiry on the escarole pizza with catipiry (which was also charged). In short, very bad, I was deceived and financially injured, and yes, it is the establishment of Vila Maria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a pizza com borda com cheddar me cobraram R$5,00 e veio a borda sem cheddar. Pedi refrigerante e não veio refrigerante, aí liguei reclamando o cara mandou o refrigerante (quente) mas não mandou o dinheiro de volta da borda. Liguei novamente reclamando, o cara falou que ia mandar mas não mandou. Zuado... Tem várias na região, não compro aí nunca mais, faltou integridade e profissionalismo. Ah, e a pizza? Meia boca.
I ordered the pizza with cheddar border and charged me R $ 5.00 and the border came without cheddar. I asked for soda and there was no soda, so I called complaining the guy sent the soda (hot) but didn't send the money back from the edge. I called again complaining, the guy said he was going to send but he didn't. Zuado ... There are several in the region, I never buy there again, lacked integrity and professionalism. Oh, and the pizza? Half-assed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e perguntei o valor, depois de mais de uma hora esperando pra passarem o valor eles não tinham respondido ainda. Visualizava e não respondia. Liguei várias vezes não atenderam. Duas horas esperando e nada. Sinceramente se vcs não quer vender fecha. Ou contrata gente que saiba atender os clientes. Um absurdo clientes ficarem esperando mais de duas horas pra finalizar um pedido.. nunca mais compro nada lá
I placed the order and asked the value, after more than an hour waiting for them to pass the value they still hadn't responded. Viewed and did not respond. I called several times they didn't answer. Two hours waiting and nothing. Honestly if you don't want to sell close. Or hire people who know how to serve customers. It's absurd for customers to wait more than two hours to complete an order.. I'll never buy anything there again.
