It took over 1 hour for the pizza to arrive at our table. We ordered 2 and only 1 arrived. The other one would take another 1 hour. need to improve service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso deixar de elogiar a qualidade da pizza, entretanto preciso deixar o feedback para que algumas coisas melhorem: ambiente fechado e sem ventilação (tem ventiladores, mas só ligam se o cliente pedir), a cerveja por diversas vezes estavam fora da temperatura (gelada), as opções de refrigerantes e sucos são limitadas, falta treinamento na qualidade do atendimento. Obs: Não é crítica por criticar! Foi feita porque gosto de frequentar o local (o unico que tem parquinho para criança).
I can't help but praise the quality of the pizza, however I need to leave the feedback so that some things can improve: closed environment and without ventilation (there are fans, but they only turn on if the customer asks), the beer was several times out of temperature (cold ), the options for soft drinks and juices are limited, and there is a lack of training in the quality of service. Note: It's not criticism for criticizing! It was made because I like to visit the place (the only one that has a playground for children).
