★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos uma pizza esperamos mais de uma hora e vinte chegou fria e ainda fomos surpreendidas pelo falta de respeito do entregar e uma falta de respeito imensa não indico a ninguém e aos amigos e conhecidos conto como foi minha experiência e não indico não recomendo(decepcionante)
We ordered a pizza and waited more than an hour and twenty arrived cold and we were still surprised by the lack of respect for the delivery and a huge lack of respect I don't recommend it to anyone and friends and acquaintances I tell you how my experience was and I don't recommend it (disappointing)

- O pedido foi feito pelo App às 20h57;
- Previsão de Entrega às 22h17 ~22h27;
- O Pedido Saiu para entrega 22h38;
--- O Que Aconteceu ---
- Após o horário previsto de entrega passar, tentei contato com o telefone do restaurante cadastrado no app. A Chamada não completava;
- Tentei mandar mensagens pelo App, não tive resposta;
- Procurei o Telefone no Google, Facebook etc e Sem Sucesso no Contato;
- Por volta das 23h30 Consegui falar em um dos Telefones com alguém do Restaurante(uma voz feminina), que quando informei o nome da Pessoa que tinha feio o Pedido, tivemos como resposta que o App estava "doido", e que o Pedido havia saído pra entrega 5min antes de eu ligar(Aprox 23h25);
- Solicitei o Cancelamento do Pedido, pois já havia informado no suporte do App que queria o cancelamento, e que não precisavam mais entregar;
*** POR VOLTA DAS 00h30 O INTERFONE DO PRÉDIO TOCOU ***
- Só depois de 1hr do meu contato com o restaurante, que na teoria "Já havia saído pra entrega", o meu pedido teria chegado até minha casa;
*** CONCLUSÃO ***
Péssima Experiência!! Não recomendo pra ninguém.

- The order was made by the App at 20:57;
- Delivery forecast at 10:17 pm ~ 10:27 pm;
- Order Left for delivery at 10:38 pm;
--- What happened ---
- After the scheduled delivery time passed, I tried to contact the restaurant's phone number registered in the app. The Call did not complete;
- I tried to send messages through the App, I had no response;
- I looked for the Phone on Google, Facebook etc and No Success in Contact;
- Around 11:30 pm I managed to speak on one of the Phones with someone from the Restaurant (a female voice), that when I informed the name of the Person who had made the Order, we had the answer that the App was "crazy", and that the Order had left for delivery 5min before I called (Approx 23:25);
- I requested the Cancellation of the Order, as I had already informed the App support that I wanted the cancellation, and that they no longer needed to deliver;
*** ABOUT 12:30 AM THE BUILDING INTERCOM RINGED ***
- Only after 1 hour of my contact with the restaurant, which in the theory "It had already left for delivery", my order would have arrived at my house;
*** CONCLUSION ***
Bad Experience!! I don't recommend it to anyone.
