★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram muito pra responder e o telefone só chama. Me enrolaram uma hora e meia pra depois dizer que não tinha o tamanho que eu queria e que não tinham confirmado meu pedido. Estou completamente decepcionada e com fome. O descaso foi absurdo.
They take too long to answer and the phone just calls. It took me an hour and a half to say that it was not the size I wanted and that they had not confirmed my order. I am completely disappointed and hungry. The neglect was absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizzaria tem lanches ótimos gosto muito, porém eles dizem q fazem entraga de 40 min a 1h e sempre entragam com mais de 1h e quando combramos pelo horário eles nos destratam e até discutem! Fora que antes cobravam taxa, depois pararam de cobrar, voltaram a cobrar taxas e se quer avisam sobre. Pq eu peço? Pq eu gosto do sabor de tudo, pq me sujeito a tal? Pelo tempero! Mais assim como ja conversei com amigos, eles tem as mesmas reclamações e tem medo de reclamar com a proprietária pois sabem o quanto ela é grossa! Muitas pessoas ja deixaram até de pedir por causa disso e pela imensa demora!!!
Concertem isso, se alto avaliem pq e muito chato e pelo tempo prometido pela empresa quando passa do horário e caso de procon absurdo tudo .
The pizzeria has great snacks, I like it a lot, but they say they deliver from 40 minutes to 1 am and they always deliver more than 1 hour and when we have a schedule they mistreat us and even argue! Other than that before they charged fees, then they stopped charging, they started charging fees again and they even let you know about it. Why do I ask? Because I like the taste of everything, why subject myself to it? For the seasoning! But as I already talked to friends, they have the same complaints and are afraid to complain to the owner because they know how rude she is! Many people have even stopped asking because of this and the immense delay!!!
Fix this, if you rate high because it is very boring and for the time promised by the company when the time goes by and case of absurd procon everything.
