★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é maravilhosa, não conheço melhor aqui no Taboão, mas está acontecendo muito do pedido demorar ou não ser entregue, demora mais de 2h e quando entra em contato para reclamar, dizem que está saindo, que é a próxima e demora mais uma hora. As vezes parece que esquecem de marcar o pedido e agora com o pedido pelo site, parece que piorou ainda mais. Tem sido recorrente a demora na entrega, quando entregam. Volto a dizer, a melhor pizza que conheço na região, quando chega. Precisam rever urgentemente onde está o gargalo do atendimento para resolver isso, sou cliente há anos, mas começando a experimentar outras.
The pizza is wonderful, I don't know it better here in Taboão, but it's happening a lot of the order to take or not be delivered, it takes more than 2 hours and when you get in touch to complain, they say it's leaving, that it's the next time and it takes another hour . Sometimes it seems that they forget to mark the order and now with the order through the website, it seems that it has gotten even worse. The delay in delivery has been recurrent, when they deliver. I say again, the best pizza I know in the region, when it arrives. They urgently need to review where the service bottleneck is to resolve this, I've been a customer for years, but I'm starting to try others.
