★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ontem fui com meu filho comprar uma pizza enquanto meu filho esperava para pegar uma pizza e esfiha eu o esperava no carro quando me deparei um rato enorme entrando para debaixo de umas mesas e cadeiras que estavam num canto cheguei em casa e não consegui nem chegar perto da bendita pizza ?
 Unfortunately yesterday I went with my son to buy a pizza while my son was waiting to get a pizza and esfiha I was waiting for him in the car when I saw a huge mouse getting under some tables and chairs that were in a corner I got home and I couldn't even make it near the blessed pizza ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mesmo com atendimento pelo app . eles finalizam pelo whats algumas informacoes , e é ai que começa o transtorno , o marketing das promoções nao explicam muitas coisas tipo o nome do cupom , e quando fui perguntar no privado , o/a atendente nem leu minha pergunta e me mandou um tutorial de como fazer o pedido pelo app... Hoje fiz pagamento pelo app via pix copia e cola sabe ( pra ser mais rapido na entrega) , e me fizeram mandar o comprovante do pagamento , quando eu mandei mau olharam e disseram que o comprovante era do dia 28/11 e nao de hoje (sendo hoje 28)fiquei muito zangada com a falta de atençao e dedicação com o cliente , a gente quer ajudar o comercio local , ver o bairro crescer mas so de pensar no estresse que é fazer um simples pedido vou pensar na proxima vez q for comprar ... a pizza em geral é boa e é só por isso que ainda peço pq todo pedido é uma complicação deles diferente
even with service through the app. they finish with whats some information , and that 's when the inconvenience starts , the marketing of promotions does not explain many things like the name of the coupon , and when I asked in private , the attendant did not even read my question and sent me a tutorial how to place the order through the app... Today I made payment through the app via pix copy and paste you know (to be faster in delivery), and they made me send the proof of payment, when I sent it bad they looked and said that the proof was from 11/28 and not today (now 28) I was very angry with the lack of attention and dedication to the customer, we want to help the local commerce, see the neighborhood grow, but just thinking about the stress of doing a simple order, i'll think about the next time i buy it... pizza in general is good and that's why i still order because every order is a different complication
