★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha expectativa era outra e não me surpreendeu era completamente sem sal nenhum, recheio razoável, e o pior de tudo que eu tenho percebido é que a maioria das pizzarias, inclusive essa é cometem o tal "PECADO" de colocar em seus cardápios "CATUPIRY". Primeiramente O que é Catupiry:
Catupiry é uma marca registrada brasileira de requeijão.
A origem da palavra Catupiry não é muito clara, mas alguns autores afirmam que em tupi-guarani (língua indígena brasileira), esta palavra significa "excelente".
O catupiry é um caso de uma marca que atingiu uma popularidade tão grande que o nome da marca passa a descrever o próprio produto. Assim, a palavra catupiry é frequentemente usada para descrever um tipo de requeijão cremoso, mesmo que não seja da marca Catupiry.
Deveriam colocar então REQUEIJÃO CREMOSO, pq o que havia na pizza não era o que eles diziam no cardápio, isso decepciona qualquer Cliente, pois o gosto é completamente diferente, mais parecia um creme homogêneo feito com amido de milho com gosto de queijo.
OBSERVAÇÃO:
RESSALTANDO AQUI QUE HÁ PIZZARIAS QUE REALMENTE USAM A FAMOSA MARCA DE REQUEIJÃO CREMOSO CATUPIRY*
My expectation was different and I was not surprised it was completely without any salt, reasonable filling, and the worst thing I have noticed is that most pizzerias, including this one, commit the "SIN" of putting "CATUPIRY" on their menus . Firstly What is Catupiry:

Catupiry is a case of a brand that has achieved such popularity that the brand name starts to describe the product itself. Thus, the word catupiry is often used to describe a type of cream cheese, even if it is not a Catupiry brand.
They should then put CREAM CHEESE, because what was on the pizza was not what they said on the menu, this disappoints any Customer, because the taste is completely different, it looked like a homogeneous cream made with cornstarch with a cheese taste.
