★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o produto é caro mas o serviço é de qualidade o valor se torna apenas um detalhe. Mas quando o produto é caro e ainda por cima o serviço é péssimo é mais que justificável nao comprar nunca mais naquele lugar.
Várias vezes as minhas solicitações não foram atendidas dentro do prazo, chegando ao ponto de aguardar mais que 02:00 horas para receber o pedido, no atendimento apenas descaso com o cliente.
When the product is expensive but the service is quality, value becomes just a detail. But when the product is expensive and on top of that the service is terrible, it is more than justifiable to never buy from that place again.
Several times my requests were not answered within the deadline, reaching the point of waiting more than 02:00 hours to receive the order, in the service just negligence with the customer.
