★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa pizzaria simplesmente não entrega e nem se comunica com o cliente. Pedi uma pizza, depois de quase duas não havia chegado e ao ligar para saber se pelo menos meu pedido já havia saido, me informaram que sim... Obviamente mentiram descaradamente. A pizza nunca chegou. Serviço péssimo!
 This pizzeria simply does not deliver or communicate with the customer. I ordered a pizza, after almost two had not arrived and when calling to know if at least my order had already left, informed me that yes ... Obviously lied shamelessly. The pizza never arrived. Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos clientes, compravamos quase toda semana. Mas somente pelo preço. O serviço sempre foi meia boca. Mas ultimamente tem piorado muito. Mandam os pedidos errados, frango a passarinho queimado e se cliente fala algo ignoram. Perderam a gente por bobeira. Não me admiro se perder mais clientes. Pizzaria tem em cada esquina e sempre tem aquela que atende o cliente bem. A Pizzaria Maria não é uma delas.
We were customers, we bought almost every week. But only for the price. The service has always been half a mouth. But lately it has gotten much worse. They send the wrong orders, chicken a burnt bird and if customer speaks something they ignore. They've lost us for nothing. No wonder you lose more customers. Pizzeria has every corner and always has the one that caters the customer well. Pizzeria Maria is not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive muita sorte as duas vezes que fiz o pedido , a primeira vez que pedi um Beirute ele estava horrível parece que colocaram umas 10 cebolas quase inteiras a segunda vez a pizza estava com a massa crua ?
I was not very lucky the two times I ordered, the first time I ordered a Beirut it was horrible it seems that they put about 10 almost whole onions the second time the pizza was with the raw dough ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa pizzaria é ruim em tudo que faz, desde o atendimento, o produto até a entrega. É impressionante como tudo deles conseguem ser ruim, o atendimento é uma piada, um vez pedi uma pizza o motoqueiro sofreu um acidente, e eles não me comunicaram, demorou 3 HORAS para ser entregue, isso porque eu moro praticamento do lado da pizzaria. Os ingredientes são baratos, de péssima qualidade, calabresa salgada, muzzarela oleosa, enfim.. Beirute, pizza, porção, a e não pode faltar a marmitex que eu prefiro nem comentar para não perder a classe, de tão horrível que é. Aonde já se viu vender frango com gordura usada? Gente é um ABSURDO.
This pizzeria is bad at everything it does, from the service, the product to delivery. It's amazing how bad they all are, the service is a joke, once I ordered a pizza, the biker had an accident, and they didn't communicate to me, it took 3 HOURS to be delivered, that's because I live on the side of the pizzeria. The ingredients are inexpensive, of terrible quality, salty pepperoni, oily muzzarela, anyway .. Beirut, pizza, portion, and you can't miss the marmitex that I prefer or comment so as not to miss the class, it is so horrible. Where have you seen selling used fat chicken? People are an ABSURD.

The pizza is very good, but they are not punctual with delivery, they always promise to deliver in 1 hour but take almost 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 02/11/21 pedi um Beirute paguei via pix as 18:57, depois de 2 horas o Beirute chegou frio, em embalagem de pizza, até aí tudo bem, mas aberta a embalagem, sem o envelope de papel, aí reclamei, disseram que trocariam, isso as 20:27, agora são exatamente 23:03 e nada de entregarem, isso pq a 30 minutos atrás o motoqueiro estava saindo. Moro a 4 minutos andando a pé, até a pizzaria. Atendimento péssimo, pessoal mal educado, lamentável. No começo era muito boa, o antigo dono atendia bem e com produtos bem feitos e de qualidade no geral, agora, horrível em tudo. Com certeza perderam cliente e vão perder mais. Riscando da agenda .
Today 02/11/21 I ordered a Beirute I paid via pix at 18:57, after 2 hours the Beirut arrived cold, in a pizza package, so far so good, but the package was opened, without the paper envelope, then I complained, they said they would change, this at 20:27, now it's exactly 23:03 and no delivery, that's because 30 minutes ago the biker was leaving. I live 4 minutes walking to the pizzeria. Terrible service, rude staff, regrettable. In the beginning it was very good, the former owner served well and with well-made and quality products in general, now, horrible in everything. They certainly lost customers and will lose more. Crossing out of the calendar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIDÍCULO, fiz um pedido 9 horas, um pedido simples 1 beirute, quando deu 22:30, perguntei se meu pedido tinha saído, me informaram que houve um imprevisto iria refazer meu pedido, perguntei quantos minutos iria demorar, me informaram "20 minutos" quando deu 23 horas eu mandei mensagem perguntando se meu pedido tinha saído, aí me informaram novamente que tinha acontecido um imprevisto com o pão, que já estava saindo, deu meia noite e nada do meu pedido. Péssimo um pedido simples fiz 21 horas e não me entregaram e não estao nem aí com os clientes. Só coloquei uma estrela para conseguir escrever, por que uma estrela é muito para essa pizzaria!!!!!
RIDICULOUS, I placed an order 9 hours, a simple order 1 beirut, when it was 10:30 pm, I asked if my order had left, I was told that there was an unforeseen I would re-order my order, I asked how many minutes it would take, I was told "20 minutes" When it was 11 pm I sent a message asking if my order had gone out, then they informed me again that there had been an unforeseen event with the bread, which was already leaving, it was midnight and nothing of my order. Terrible, a simple order I made 21 hours and they didn't deliver to me and they don't care about the customers. I only put one star to write, because one star is too much for this pizzeria!!!!!
