★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo vc fala com a atendente ela entende outra coisa sem falar que tenho que gritar no telefone ela nunca ouvi péssimo demora muito é pena a pizza é boa
 The service is terrible you talk to the attendant she understands something else without mentioning that I have to yell on the phone she never heard it terrible it takes too long it's a shame the pizza is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas são muito boas, porém eles não tem comprometimento nenhum com o cliente! Sempre extrapolam o prazo de entrega chegando a levar o dobro do tempo estipulado por eles. Da última vez me deram prazo de 70 minutos e o pedido levou bem mais de 2h15min...Um total desrespeito com o cliente!!!
The pizzas are very good, but they don't have any commitment to the customer! They always extrapolate the delivery period, taking twice the time stipulated by them. Last time I was given 70 minutes and the order took well over 2h15min...A total disrespect to the customer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente pizza. Massa super leve, bem recheada e insumos de qualidade. Típica pizzaria de bairro que faz aquele pedido final de semana para matar a vontade de comer uma.
Excellent pizza. Super light pasta, well stuffed and quality ingredients. Typical neighborhood pizzeria that makes that weekend order to kill the urge to eat one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é realmente boa, porém de uns meses pra cá o atendimento tem sido HORRÍVEL…PÉSSIMO!
As atendentes NÃO fazem a mínima questão de responder o WhatsApp (que aliás é um dos principais canais de pedidos deles) se não tem a capacidade de manter um canal de comunicação com o cliente que fechem o mesmo então.
Só respondem se ligam e ainda avisam que o pedido NÃO foi feito.
Mandam o pedido…e adivinhem…vem ERRADO. NÃO TENTAM RESOLVER O PROBLEMA, simplesmente FINGEM QUE NÃO É COM ELES e tem perdido cada vez mais clientes por incompetência de alguns funcionários.
The pizza is really good, but for a few months the service has been HORRIBLE…TERRIBLE!
The attendants DON'T care to answer WhatsApp (which is actually one of their main order channels) if they don't have the ability to maintain a communication channel with the customer that they close it then.
They only respond if they call and still warn that the order has NOT been placed.
They send the order…and guess what…it comes WRONG. THEY DON'T TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THEY JUST PRETEND IT IS NOT WITH THEM and has lost more and more customers due to the incompetence of some employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é muito boa, mas o atendimento está horrível eles não respondem as mensagens no whatsApp e quando respondem demora muito 30mn só pra fazer o pedido, falta de consideração com os clientes além de serem super secos nas respostas.
The pizza is very good, but the service is horrible they don't respond to messages on whatsapp and when they answer it takes a long 30 minutes just to place the order, lack of consideration for customers in addition to being super dry in the answers.
