Em contato via chat no Ifood não tivemos retorno. No telefone a atendente demonstrou qualquer preocupação e só sabia dizer que já havia saído para entrega. Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento.
We placed an order at 8:10 pm via Ifood. They called us almost 9 pm to inform us that there were no ingredients. We accept another option that ended up not being delivered until 10pm. In contact via chat at Ifood, we had no return. On the phone, the attendant showed any concern and could only say that she had already left for delivery. Bad service, bad service.
