★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza realmente é gostosa, não questiono o sabor. Mas a demora para entregar não dá pra aturar não.
Último pedido eu nem recebi, onde já se viu ,pedi as 18:45 e o prazo era 40 a 50 minutos, após 1:10 hs esperando, liguei novamente e nem acreditei no que ouvi, (tem que ri para não chorar) pasmem, estavam só cozinhando o ovo para fazer a pizza de portuguesa kkkkkk. Esperei mais 30 minutos e nada, daí não aguentei, fui buscar na Charlos, peguei e em 20 minutos já estava em casa de volta e pasmem, nada da entrega chegar , tentei ligar pra cancelar o pedido mas não atenderam e as 21:15 o interfone tocou , devolvi né, atraso tem limite.

 The pizza really tastes good, I don't question the taste. But the delay in delivering can not be put up with.
Last order I didn't even receive, where you've seen it, I asked for 18:45 and the deadline was 40 to 50 minutes, after 1:10 hours waiting, I called again and I couldn't believe what I heard, (you have to laugh to not cry) amazing , they were just cooking the egg to make the Portuguese pizza kkkkkk. I waited another 30 minutes and nothing, then I couldn't stand it, I went to pick it up at Charlos, I picked it up and in 20 minutes I was back home and amazingly, none of the delivery arrived, I tried to call to cancel the order but they didn't answer and at 9:15 pm o intercom rang, I returned right, delay has a limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na pizzaria dia 24/09 com minha filha, ela pediu 4 esfihas pois somente ela iria comer, é fui informada que para viagem somente a partir de 6 esfihas, achei um absurdo, questionei a menina nova no local e super inexperiente: então uma pessoa sozinha não pode mais fazer pedido nesse local?! Ela por ser nova de idade e totalmente destreinada ficou meia sem ação. Gosto das esfihas e pizzas de lá, no entanto que faço muito propaganda deles para todos que conheço, a partir desse dia vou comprar em outro lugar. Pois nunca tinha visto um absurdo desse...nem que se fosse para pagar a embalagem, mas ela soubesse explicar e lidar com o cliente não teria problema. Decepcionada NÃO INDICO MAIS PRA NINGUÉM.
I was at the pizzeria on September 24th with my daughter, she asked for 4 sfihas because only she would eat, and I was informed that for the trip only from 6 sfihas, I found it absurd, I questioned the new girl on the spot and super inexperienced: so one alone person can no longer order in this place?! She for being young in age and totally untrained was half without action. I like the esfihas and pizzas there, however I advertise them a lot to everyone I know, from that day on I will buy them elsewhere. Because I had never seen such an absurdity... not even if it was to pay for the package, but she knew how to explain and deal with the customer, she wouldn't have a problem. Disappointed I DO NOT INDICATE MORE TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas estão muito boas, feitas com capricho! No começo não era assim, mas valeu a pena continuar comprando. As atendentes são muito atenciosas! Moro perto, então peço e busco e fica pronta muito rápido. Recomendo!!
The pizzas are very good, made with care! In the beginning it wasn't like that, but it was worth it to keep buying. The attendants are very thoughtful! I live nearby, so I ask and look for it and it gets ready very quickly. I recommend!!

Não dá mais pra contar. Infelizmente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso !!!! Fiz o pedido as 19hrs e só depois de mais de uma hora me ligaram dizendo que não era possível fazer a entrega !!!! Fora que a pizzaria ja mandou pizza com o sabor errado diversas vezes e muitas vezes ha demora no atendimento até msm via whatsapp !!!!
Horrible service!!!! I placed the order at 19:00 and only after more than an hour they called me saying that it was not possible to deliver !!!! Apart from that the pizzeria has already sent pizza with the wrong flavor several times and there is often a delay in service even via whatsapp!!!!
