★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz algum tempo que só pedimos pizza aqui. Muito boas e o tempo de espera tbm nao deixa a desejar.
Não é muito grande comparado com outras pizzarias, mas o custo benefício é otimo.
 We've been ordering pizza here for some time. Very good and the waiting time tbm not to be desired.
It is not very big compared to other pizzerias, but the cost benefit is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é muito boa, porém de algumas semanas pra cá tive problemas, minha pizza veio danificada ou rebirevi duas vezes , e por fim mandei msg via wWhatsAp para fazer um pedido e simplesmente fui ignorada mandarei 4,5 msg e ninguém me respomdre sendo que estavam online ! Pizza boa porém péssimo atendimento !
The pizza is very good, but a few weeks ago I had problems, my pizza was damaged or bounced twice, and finally I sent msg via wWhatsAp to place an order and simply was ignored I will send 4.5 msg and nobody answers me being were online! Good pizza but bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total indiferença com o cliente. Pela segunda vez seguida o pedido veio errado. A pizzaria só permite a troca se a pizza não estiver "mexida", como se tivéssemos bola de cristal ou raio x para adivinhar o que tem por baixo do queijo. Imagino que repassem a pizza errada para outro cliente e por isso não pode estar "mexida".
Por fim, temos que nos contentar com o pedido de desculpas e com a justificativa da atendente ser nova... ou seja: erramos, mas você já cortou a pizza (óbvio), então se contente com essa porque não vamos trocar (??????).
Não comprarei mais. Pagaremos um pouco mais caro na Firenzzi mas com a garantia de um atendimento descente.
Total indifference to the customer. For the second time in a row the order came wrong. The pizzeria only allows the exchange if the pizza is not "stirred", as if we had crystal ball or x-ray to guess what is under the cheese. I imagine they pass the wrong pizza to another customer and so it can't be "stirred".
Finally, we have to be content with the apology and the attendant's justification being new ... ie: we made mistakes, but you already cut the pizza (obvious), so be happy with this one because we won't trade it (?? ????).
I will not buy more. We will pay a little more expensive at Firenzzi but with the guarantee of decent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta pizzaria inaugurou recentemente com preço de R$ 30,00 + 1 refrigerante gratis para qualquer pizza salgada. Sexta-Feira, dia 12/10, resolvemos pedir para testar, estavamos em uma turma grande e pedimos 4 pizzas.
1 de 4 queijos, 1 especial da casa, 1 metade 4 queijos e metade especial da casa e 1 inteira que voce pode escolher até 5 sabores. Liguei, pedi para enviarem o cardapio via whatsapp que prontamente foi enviado, fiz o pedido e me disseram que o tempo seria de 45 a 50 minutos de espera. Ok, pedido feito.
Apos uma hora, liguei para saber se ja estava a caminho, a atendente me disse que estavam terminando a ultima pizza e que chegaria em breve. Passaram-se mais 15 minutos, liguei e disseram que estava a caminho, passaram mais 10 minutos e ai me disseram que ela tinha passado a informação errada e que a ultima pizza estava sendo feita naquele momento, enfim.. apos 1:45 minutos de espera, as pizzas e os refrigerantes chegaram, ela me pediu muitas desculpas e disse que um dos funcionarios tinha faltado e que ficaram com o tempo apertado.
Uma das pizzas veio errada, a que seria metade especial da casa veio a que escolhemos os 5 ingredientes, mas ok, a fome era maior que a vontade de reclamar.
A pizza é muito gostosa, muito gostosa mesmo. E o refrigerante que vem é fanta, pepsi, sprite e tubaina...
Ai pensamos, ok, pizza boa, derrepente foi um caso pontual mesmo.
Para nossa surpresa, ontem , domingo, 2 dos casais que estavam na minha casa sexta resolveram pedir em suas casas. Um teve que esperar 1:30 e o outro que esperou 1:30 tambem, recebeu a pizza errada, sabor errado. No tempo total para trocar a pizza, levou mais de 2 horas.
Dessa vez colocaram a culpa no motoboy.
Uma pena, perderam 3 clientes por conta do atendimento, nao tem estrutura ainda, colocaram um preço mais barato na intenção de conseguir clientes, conseguiriam muitos pelo sabor da pizza, mas bom atendimento conta muito tambem.
This pizzeria recently opened with a price of R $ 30.00 + 1 free soft drink for any salty pizza. Friday, 10/12, we decided to ask to test, we were in a big class and we ordered 4 pizzas.
1 of 4 cheeses, 1 special of the house, 1 half 4 cheeses and half special of the house and 1 whole that you can choose up to 5 flavors. I called, asked to send the menu via whatsapp that was promptly sent, I placed the order and I was told that the time would be 45 to 50 minutes of waiting. Okay, order placed.
After an hour, I called to see if I was on my way, the attendant told me they were finishing the last pizza and that it would be arriving soon. Another 15 minutes went by, I called and said that I was on my way, another 10 minutes went by and then I was told that she had given me the wrong information and that the last pizza was being made at that moment, anyway ... after 1:45 minutes of wait, the pizzas and soft drinks arrived, she apologized to me and said that one of the employees had been absent and that they had run out of time.
One of the pizzas went wrong, the one that would be special half of the house came from which we chose the 5 ingredients, but ok, the hunger was greater than the desire to complain.
The pizza is very delicious, really delicious. And the next soft drink is fanta, pepsi, sprite and tubaina ...
Then we thought, ok, good pizza, suddenly it was a punctual case.
To our surprise, yesterday, Sunday, 2 of the couples who were at my house Friday decided to ask at their homes. One had to wait 1:30 and the other one waited 1:30 too, received the wrong pizza, the wrong flavor. In the total time to change the pizza, it took over 2 hours.
This time they blamed the motoboy.
Too bad, they lost 3 customers because of the service, they don't have a structure yet, they put a cheaper price in order to get customers, they would get many for the taste of the pizza, but good service counts a lot too.
