★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A muito tempo era cliente da Pazza 1, mas descobri uma melhor, anti ontem devido ao horário fiz um pedido na Pazza 2, 1/2 peperone 1/2 frango com catupiry, bem o peperone não é peperone, ou se for é do pior, mas vem bastante, a frango com catupiry vem com um pouco, muito pouco de algo branco que deveria ser catupiry mas não é! E o preço é o mesmo de outras muito melhores. Então eu não recomendo, tem uma muito melhor na mesma região!
I was a Pazza 1 customer for a long time, but I discovered a better one, yesterday due to the time I ordered at Pazza 2, 1/2 peperone 1/2 chicken with catupiry, well the peperone is not peperone, or if it is, it's the worst , but it comes a lot, the chicken with catupiry comes with a little, very little of something white that should be catupiry but it is not! And the price is the same as much better ones. So I don't recommend it, there's a much better one in the same region!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fiz um pedido as 21h, 2 horas após nada no pedido chegar, liguei diversas vezes e me falavam que o motoboy já tinha saído (por volta das 22h) e até às 23h nada da entrega ser realizada. Em todos os contatos falaram que não conseguiam contato com o motoboy para localizar o pedido. Sempre peço na loja I, e foi a primeira experiência na loja II. Péssimo atendimento, tive que cancelar o pedido, não recomendo.
Lousy service, I placed an order at 9pm, 2 hours after nothing in the order arrived, I called several times and they told me that the courier had already left (around 10pm) and until 11pm nothing of the delivery was done. In all the contacts they said they were unable to contact the courier to locate the order. I always ask at store I, and it was the first experience at store II. Bad service, I had to cancel the order, I don't recommend it.

Pedi duas pizzas, ambas SEM BORDA recheada, pois meu filho é pequeno, só come aborda e é alérgico ao leite. O atendente confirmou por áudio no WhatsApp o meu pedido, reiterando que eram sem borda. Depois de mais de uma.hora de espera, vieram as duas com bordas recheadas de catupiry, mandei mensagem para dizer e só me responderam que "o rapaz esqueceu", me ignorando por completo depois. Falta de respeito e de preocupação com o cliente. Sempre pediamos lá, perderam cliente.
Terrible attendance.
I ordered two pizzas, both WITHOUT EDGE stuffed, because my son is small, only eats broth and is allergic to milk. The attendant confirmed by audio on WhatsApp my order, reiterating that they were borderless. After more than an hour of waiting, the two came with edges stuffed with catupiry, I sent a message to say and they only replied that "the boy forgot", ignoring me completely afterwards. Lack of respect and concern for the customer. We always order there, they lost customer.
