Mas hoje tivemos uma péssima experiência, pedindo no delivery, com previsão de 50 minutos para chegada. Como não chegou depois de mais de uma hora, liguei, e disseram que já estava a caminho. Chegou DUAS horas depois. Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. Infelizmente perderam uma cliente.
We bought pizza there for many years, and we usually look for it in the pizzeria.
But today we had a bad experience, asking for delivery, with a 50-minute arrival time. As he didn't arrive after more than an hour, I called, and they said he was on his way. It arrived TWO hours later. It's not the first time that happens. Unfortunately they lost a client.
