★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro perto e como muitas vezes a pizza de lá. Era muito bem montada e bem recheada. Dá última vez que comprei uma pizza lá tive uma decepção enorme. A pizza diminuiu consideravelmente. O recheio é pouquíssimo e parece que já não tem a mesma qualidade de antes.
Cheguei em casa com a pizza que sempre comprei e e alimentava minha família, e para minha surpresa, sem aviso, a pizza mal era suficiente para mim, sozinho.
Não fui avisado de nada. Quando liguei para reclamar, so recebi a informação que tinha diminuído para nao aumentar o preço. O restaurante nem tentou reparar a falha terrível.
Entendo que estamos passando por tempos sombrios. Os custos aumentaram. Então o restaurante tem duas opções: ou AUMENTA o preço, ou AVISA honestamente o cliente que reduziu drasticamente o tamanho do produto.
I live nearby and eat pizza there often. It was very well assembled and well filled. Last time I bought a pizza there, I had a huge disappointment. The pizza has declined considerably. The filling is very little and it seems that it no longer has the same quality as before.
I got home with the pizza I always bought and fed my family, and to my surprise, without warning, the pizza was barely enough for me, alone.
I was not warned of anything. When I called to complain, I only received the information that had decreased so as not to increase the price. The restaurant didn't even try to repair the terrible failure.
I understand that we are going through dark times. Costs have increased. So the restaurant has two options: either INCREASES the price, or honestly warns the customer who has drastically reduced the size of the product.
