★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizzaria não possui um bom atendimento, esperei por volta +2h pela Pizza e simplesmente não me respondiam o WhatsApp — tamanha falta de respeito. A pizza em si é deliciosa, não deixou a desejar no sabor em nenhum aspecto. Eu apenas espero quê melhorem o atendimento.
The pizzeria does not have a good service, I waited for about + 2h for the Pizza and WhatsApp simply did not answer me - such a lack of respect. The pizza itself is delicious, it left nothing to be desired in flavor. I just hope they improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do que adianta a pizza ser até boa, se os funcionários não respondem direito, o prazo de entrega é de 70 a 90 minutos e ainda passa do informado mais 30 a 40 minutos, as vezes esperando 2h30min pra o pedido chegar e nem um pedido de desculpas tem.
Não adianta ter qualidade se não tem um bom atendimento, tem que aprender a tratar os clientes que praticamente todo final de semana pedia, porque eu não vou pedir mais.

It's no use having quality if you don't have a good service, you have to learn how to treat the clients that I asked for almost every weekend, because I won't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência....funcionarias mal educadas e despreparadas apesar de ter uma.boa pizza. atendimento horrível perderam.um pedido grande por não saber tratar o cliente..minha nora foi mal tratada e isso foi inaceitável ....nao recomendo precisa melhorar muito o trato de clientes nem.indico mais ninguém ....precisam qualificar suas funcionárias ....
Terrible experience....polite and unprepared employees despite having a.good pizza. horrible service they lost.a large order for not knowing how to treat the customer..my daughter-in-law was badly treated and that was unacceptable....I don't recommend, need to improve the treatment of customers a lot. ....

People need to have a relationship with the customer...what is it? I've never seen employees mistreat and make fun of a customer....I don't accept you need to value the work of pizza, which is perfect, but the attendants need to be reevaluated...indignant we chose you for our family get-together and we were disappointed.

Simple one of the best pizzas in the suburbs. I've eaten in several places, but this one has become my favorite. Well stuffed and with delicious pasta worth every penny. Delivery was always fast and on time, good service!
