★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de 3 pizzas pelo Ifood, após 2:30 de espera cancelaram meu pedido falando que o forno estava quebrado. Um absurdo a falta de respeito. Se não possuem estrutura para aceitar uma certa quantidade de pedidos, então devem ser honestos com o consumidor. Péssimo atendimento, além de não oferecerem suporte ao consumidor.
I placed an order for 3 pizzas at Ifood, after 2:30 waiting they canceled my order saying that the oven was broken. An absurd lack of respect. If they do not have the structure to accept a certain number of orders, then they must be honest with the consumer. Bad service, besides not offering support to the consumer.

A atendente nos disse que a pizza estava sendo preparada, quando na verdade ela nunca foi feita (demorou cerca de 2:30 horas para o pedido ser cancelado). Além de nos enganar, dizendo que o forno havia estragado, pedimos mesmo assim a pizza montada para entrega, quando a atendente foi extremamente rude conosco. Não recomendo em nenhuma hipótese a pizzaria.
We were deceived! We ordered a pizza during our vacation in Cabo Frio's pizzeria refinement. The attendant told us that the pizza was being prepared, when in fact it was never made (it took about 2:30 hours for the order to be canceled). In addition to deceiving us, saying that the oven had spoiled, we still ordered the pizza assembled for delivery, when the attendant was extremely rude to us. I don't recommend the pizzeria under any circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos últimos 3 meses, realizei cerca de 5 pedidos pela pizzaria e em todos, nunca tive problema de pedido trocado, pizza gelada ou algo do time. Ao contrário, sempre deu tudo certo. Pedimos sempre pelo Ifood. O único problema é que, em alguma das ocasiões, o pedido demorou mais do que o tempo de espera do aplicativo. Mas no fim, recompensa-se.
In the last 3 months, I made about 5 orders for the pizzeria and in all, I never had a problem with an exchange order, cold pizza or something from the team. On the contrary, everything has always worked out. We always ask for Ifood. The only problem is that, on some occasions, the order took longer than the application's waiting time. But in the end, it pays off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem tem pressa e fome não recomendo, esperei minha pizza chegar por quase 2h e ainda veio no sabor errado! Não recomendo lugares que apesar de servirem alimento bom não tem um cuidado com o cliente, imprevistos acontecem em todos lugares mas devemos saber se organizar com eles. Fora isso, sim a pizza é gostosa.
For those in a hurry and hungry, I don't recommend it, I waited for my pizza to arrive for almost 2 hours and it still came in the wrong flavor! I do not recommend places that, despite serving good food, do not take care of the customer, unforeseen events happen everywhere but we must know how to organize with them. Other than that, yes the pizza is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, esperei 3 horas pelo pedido, e não recebi minha entrega. Uma enorme falta de respeito ao consumidor. Se o estabelecimento não tem condições de entregar a refeição não deveria estar com delivery em funcionamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza maravilhosa, entrega dentro do prazo, mesmo para Arraial, massa gostosa, bons ingredientes no recheio. .. não é a toa que a nota no ifood é 4,8! Super recomendo!
Wonderful pizza, on-time delivery, even for Arraial, delicious pasta, good ingredients in the filling. .. no wonder the score on ifood is 4.8! I highly recommend it!
