★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza è boa, só que 2 vezes pedi e veio trocado. Fora que as mensagens são visualizadas no whatsapp, mas não são respondidas... Isso acaba afastando ou até perdendo os clientes..
The pizza is good, but I ordered it twice and it was changed. Outside that messages are viewed on whatsapp, but are not answered ... This ends up driving away or even losing customers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive até hoje com uma pizzaria. No dia 01/10/17, fiz um pedido com 3 pizzas e demorou 1h20m, sendo que a distância para o local é 1,5km e tudo bem, superamos a espera. Mas na chegada já deparamos com com o primeiro problema, o motoboy não veio com a máquina e senão tivéssemos dinheiro em espécie. Teríamos que esperar mais até ele voltar com a máquina. O segundo problema foi o fato de 3 pizzas vinheram crua. E ligamos e explicamos a situação e buscamos uma saída e foi prometido que seria feito uma nova entrega e esperamos e não foi entregue. Então além de não ser feito uma boa experiência, também tem fato de mentir para o cliente.
Não recomendo por isso, mentir e enviar um produto cru não deve ser admitido afinal por se esperar mais o que quem não fiscaliza como a pizza sai da cozinha crua.
Worst experience I have ever had with a pizzeria. On 10/01/17, I placed an order with 3 pizzas and it took 1h20m, the distance to the place is 1.5km and that's fine, we overcame the wait. But on arrival we already faced the first problem, the motoboy did not come with the machine and unless we had cash. We would have to wait longer until he came back with the machine. The second problem was the fact that 3 pizzas came raw. We called and explained the situation and looked for a way out and it was promised that a new delivery would be made and we waited and it was not delivered. So in addition to not having a good experience, you also have to lie to the client.
I therefore do not recommend it, lying and sending a raw product should not be admitted after all because one expects more than anyone who does not inspect how the pizza leaves the kitchen raw.

I HAD A LITTLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PIZZERIA LEAVE WAITING SO MUCH, VISUALIZED THE MESSAGES AND DID NOT RESPOND, MAKE A LITTLE CASE OF THE CUSTOMERS, TREAT US AS IF WE WAS GARBAGE AND WERE THE ONLY PIZZERA IN THE WORLD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa pizzaria! Além de demorar na entrega, as pizzas vieram trocadas, tivemos que ir até a pizzaria novamente para trocar e quando chegar em casa as pizzas estavam mal assadas e com pouco recheio.
Passamos nervoso, nunca mais!
