★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pizza é boa mas se prepare se quiser comer as 22:00 faça seu pedido as 18:00 toda vez não leva menos de 1 hora e meia pra entregar já chegando a muito mais que isso.
Hoje o pedido foi feito as 21:24 já é 23:00 o Boy chegou com a pizza salgada gelada e pizza doce parecendo uma sopa de morango não muito contente com isso novamente esqueceram de mandar o refrigerante.
Pelo whatsapp foi falado que iria trocar o pedido mas pelo telefone a moça falou que ia mandar apenas o refrigerante então o preparo do atendimento é de muita qualidade. Última vez que peço no local sou cliente desde 2008 mas não dá mais pra aguentar essa falta de respeito.

WhatsApp was said to change the order, but over the phone the girl said she was going to send only the soft drink, so the preparation of the service is of great quality. Last time I ask at the place I am a customer since 2008 but I can't take this lack of respect anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi a melhor pizzaria e a mais cara mas que eu pegava com gosto a 3 anos atrás. Hoje, depois de voltar morar no ABC pedi e passou a ser a pior pizzaria que já comi na vida. Os preços subiram ainda mais e a qualidade caiu que nem água. Tempero horrível, Bacon horrível e pizza igual sola. E a borda com Catupiry?
Só não vi o Catupiry!
Pelo valor vcs compram na nova belanapole e comem até passar mal pois além de ótima, ainda transborda recheio.
Já quem gosta de uma pizza mais leve indico a Buon Gusto.
It was once the best and most expensive pizzeria but I took it with pleasure 3 years ago. Today, after returning to live on ABC, I asked for it and it became the worst pizzeria I've ever eaten in my life. Prices have risen even more and quality has dropped like water. Horrible seasoning, horrible bacon and pizza like soles. And the edge with Catupiry?
I just haven't seen the Catupiry!
For the value, you guys buy in the new belanapole and eat until you feel sick because in addition to being great, it still overflows with filling.
For those who like a lighter pizza, I recommend Buon Gusto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremenda falta de respeito com o consumidor. Por duas vezes meu pedido demorou mais de 2 horas para ser entregue sendo que o prazo era de aproximadamente 45 minutos.
Quem responde no watts não da o minino de atenção, liguei, questionei, mas eles tem informações desencontradas. E fica nisso mesmo, pra eles tanto faz. Foi a época que a pizzaria romana era uma ótima opção.
Eu não compro mais e vou recomendar pra todos que conheço que também não comprem.
Terrible lack of respect for the consumer. Twice my order took more than 2 hours to be delivered and the deadline was approximately 45 minutes.
Whoever answers on watts doesn't give the least attention, I called, questioned, but they have mismatched information. And that's it, it doesn't matter to them. It was the time when the Roman pizzeria was a great option.
I don't buy it anymore and I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy it either.
