★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de uma hora e meia e não avisam que estão com problemas para produzir esfirras. Solicitei também pizza no mesmo pedido e nem uma coisa nem outra quase duas horas esperando. São saborosos bem feitos. Mas a demora desencantou. Poderiam avisar todo lugar pode ter problemas mas alinhar com cliente é fundamental. Dar opção de seguir ou não com o pedido e não fazer esperar até reclamarmos
More than an hour and a half and they don't report that they are having trouble producing sferra. I also ordered pizza in the same order and neither one thing nor the other for almost two hours waiting. They are tasty and well made. But the delay disenchanted. They could warn every place there may be problems but aligning with the customer is essential. Give the option to follow or not with the request and not wait until we complain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira que peço algo nesta pizzaria e acabam demorando para realizar a entrega, hoje foi o cúmulo, fiz um pedido as 20:40 , quando deu 21:50, falaram q estavam embalando o pedido e esperando o motoqueiro chegar, 22: 30 retorno a ligacao e peço para fazer o estorno do pagamento,pois foi via pix!! Me enrolaram, e falaram que só após o motoqueiro chegar lá com o pedido de volta, enfim...falaram que o motoqueiro saiu com 2 pedidos, mas na vdd o motoqueiro avia acabado de sair de lá, apenas com o meu pedido, quase 2 horas, para meu pedido chegar ( foi devolvido) e ainda queriam colocar a culpa no motoqueiro!!!Nunca mais peço nada neste lugar!!! Atendimento péssimo!!!!detalhe... moro 1,7km de distância, imagine se fosse mais longe???
It's not the first that I order something at this pizzeria and they end up taking a long time to deliver, today was the top, I placed an order at 8:40 pm, when it was 9:50 pm, they said they were packing the order and waiting for the biker to arrive, 22: 30 call back and ask to reverse the payment, as it was via pix!! They screwed me up, and they said that only after the biker got there with the request back, anyway...they said that the biker left with 2 orders, but on the vdd the biker just left there, just with my request, almost 2 hours for my order to arrive (it was returned) and they still wanted to blame the biker!!! I never ask for anything in this place!!! Terrible service!!!!detail... I live 1.7km away, imagine if it went further???
