★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima no pedido através aplicativo, além de não notificarem se o mesmo estava pronto ou não, depois de 1:40h aguardando eles cancelaram. Resumindo, fiquei com fome e só recebi rispidez quando fui me comunicar pelo telefone de lá. Se não sabem utilizar plataformas digitas para pedido é melhor não ter essa opção. E ainda quiseram transferir a responsabilidade para o cliente, atendimento bem grosseiro, foi péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, já para atender o cliente demoram cerca de 10 minutos, eles falam ROMANINI UM MOMENTO POR FAVOR e pode sentar e esperar, é possível perceber que eles estão atendendo o pessoal do balcão e deixam as pessoas que estão ao telefone esperando, por diversas vezes demoraram cerca de 01:30 hs para entregarem o pedido e quando ligamos para o local perguntando sobre a pizza ou esfiha, eles dizem que está saindo do forno naquele momento… lamentável, mesmo quem mora do lado do estabelecimento sofre para receber o pedido… muito ruim o atendimento, não tratam as pessoas com respeito… péssimo, até os motoqueiros entregadores dizem que os donos colocam a culpa nos motoqueiros, porém a culpa é da falta de organização , solicitei que retirem meu telefone do cadastro não peço por telefone e pretendo não comprar nunca mais nesse local.
