Era cliente de pedir toda semana pelo aplicativo... na penúltima vez atrasou 30 minutos de entrega... ok!
Na última vez atrasou 1 hora na entrega!!
Tentei diversas vezes contato pelos 3 telefones disponíveis para contato, ambos só chamavam até cair a linha!!
E o atendimento com o cliente???
Motoboy chegou com o pedido , gelado, pedi para cancelar a taxa entrega pelo menos... o mesmo ligou para a pizzaria e na hora atenderam ele!! Atender o cliente para satisfação com o pedido não atendem... legal!
Adorava fazer pedido... mas fiquei arrasada e decepcionada com o tratamento com o cliente... até hoje não tive nenhum retorno sobre.
Não indico à ninguém... na região existem outros estabelecimentos que zelam por um ótimo atendimento.
Sem mais.

Motoboy arrived with the order, frozen, I asked to cancel the delivery fee at least ... he called the pizzeria and immediately attended to it !! Serve the customer for satisfaction with the order do not meet ... cool!
I loved making orders ... but I was devastated and disappointed with the treatment with the client ... until today I have had no feedback about it.
I do not recommend anyone ... in the region there are other establishments that ensure excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou motoqueiro da pizzaria faz 6 anos, vou falar sobre as pessoas que deram uma estrela aí nós comentários, a maioria estão falando que ligam e não atende, dentro do horário de funcionamento você pode ficar tranquilo que com certeza vão atender, embora tem muitas pessoas que ligam depois do horário, passou da meia noite já não atende mais, o horário de funcionamento é das 18hs até as 24hs nós finais de semana, na semana até às 23:30, agora para o povo que pede pelo ifood falam que pede e não entregam, pessoal as vezes o ifood da problema, não é culpa da pizzaria, eles mandam até endereço errado, número errado, e complicado, agora qualquer problema com a pizza que não estiver de acordo,eles vão mandar outra pizza na troca, podem ficar tranquilos, fica a dica.
