★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizzaria sempre com problemas de entrega. Pedidos demorando 2h pra serem entregues. Ainda querem que a pessoa vá buscar. Se não pode atender encerra as vendas. E não fazer os clientes de besta.
 The pizzeria always has delivery problems. Orders taking 2 hours to be delivered. They still want the person to go get it. If you can't answer, close the sale. And don't make the beast customers.

Após mais de 3 horas de espera, recebo uma pizza fria, sem nenhum tipo de explicação sobre o atraso.
Detalhe: o estabelecimento se localiza a, no máximo, 2 quilômetros da minha casa.
I placed an order today through the ifood application, 20:20 hrs, at this moment I'm still not receiving the same, it's 22:50 hrs. I'm disappointed as this delay doesn't usually occur.
Update
After more than 3 hours of waiting, I get a cold pizza, without any kind of explanation about the delay.
Detail: the establishment is located at most 2 kilometers from my house.
