★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima olha moro a 5 minutos da pizzaria e a 2 minutos de moto( so subir a rua literalmente mas trabalhei no meu plantão de 12 horas e estava muito cansada ) fiquei esperando uma hora a entrega e a única informação passada era a pizza está sendo embalada esperei e nada cancelei a entrega imagina só o transtorno com fome e tudo e a pizzaria não tentou fazer algum posicionamento de tentar resolver a situação
Não adianta a pizzaria ser boa se a organização é péssima seja honesto
Terrible look, I live 5 minutes from the pizzeria and 2 minutes by motorbike (just go up the street literally but I worked on my 12 hour shift and I was very tired) I was waiting an hour for delivery and the only information given was that the pizza is being packed I waited and nothing canceled the delivery, just imagine the inconvenience with hunger and everything, and the pizzeria didn't try to take any position to try to resolve the situation
It's no use the pizzeria being good if the organization is terrible, be honest

Great quality of the pizzas, I've ordered several times for delivery and I went to pick it up, I loved the service from the reception to the super friendly delivery guys. I recommend it to anyone who lives in the Vila das Belezas neighborhood ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui cliente por muito tempo por gostar da pizza, mas sempre veio com algo errado, oi atrasado, ou com sabores trocados, e por fim na última vez eles humilharam a mim e só meu filho em frente o estabelecimento deles, não entregaram a pizza, ainda nós ridicularizaram dizendo que não tínhamos enviado o comprovante do pix, deixaram meu filho de 12 anos na rua esperando a pizza e não entregaram, fui humilhado e ainda fizeram pouco caso. Como cliente e como pessoa me senti sem valor algum.
Bad service, I was a customer for a long time because I liked the pizza, but it always came with something wrong, hi late, or with different flavors, and finally the last time they humiliated me and only my son in front of their establishment, they didn't deliver the pizza, even we laughed saying that we had not sent the pix receipt, they left my 12 year old son on the street waiting for the pizza and they didn't deliver, I was humiliated and they still paid little attention. As a customer and as a person I felt worthless.
