★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz o pedido de uma pizza e conclui o pedido 21:14hrs, eles me disseram que demoraria cerca de 80 minutos para entregar, isso ja é um tempo bem grande, mas até aí ok, foi informado o tempo e aceitei, o problema é que a pizza demorou exatamente 140 minutos, isso mesmo, duas horas e vinte minutos para chegar uma pizza, eu só não cancelei a entrega pq ja era tarde e provavelmente não seria possível encontrar outra pizzaria aberta, mas isso é um descaso com os clientes, sempre comprei pizza na sahara, e sempre demorou bastante mas dessa vez não teve condições, perdeu o cliente e toda minha família, se você deseja comer pizza e espera que a entrega seja rápida, sua pizzaria não é a Sahara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Já é a segunda vez que a pizza leva mais de 2 horas pra ser entregue e quando liga pra reclamar simplesmente não atendem. Não tem nem a educação de ligar de volta para dar satisfação. Já foi de ótima qualidade mas parece que o dono quer receber tanto pedido que não acaba nem dando conta do trabalho...
Terrible service. It's the second time the pizza takes more than 2 hours to be delivered and when I call to complain, they just don't answer. You don't even have the politeness to call back to say hello. It used to be of great quality but it seems that the owner wants to receive so many orders that he doesn't even finish the work...
