★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido pelo App iFood, prazo de entrega de 40 minutos. Com 1 hora que tinha feito o pedido, sendo então que estava 20 minutos atrasado liguei na pizzaria, o atendente me falou que já estava pronta e aguardando o entregador retirar, aí questionei se era o entregador do iFood que ia retirar, ele percebeu que ia ficar entranho e falou q não, que era motoboy próprio, após 20 minutos a pizza chegou, o estranho foi q desliguei o telefone e já apareceu pra mim que o entregador tinha retirado a pizza, então o próprio atendente fez essa manobra pra não se prejudicar com o iFood. A pizza veio fria, com um molho de tomate tipo pronto, de saquinho. Então posso afirmar que não voltarei a fazer pedido nesse estabelecimento, 100% arrependido!!!
I placed an order for the iFood App, delivery time of 40 minutes. With 1 hour that I had placed the order, being that I was 20 minutes late, I called at the pizzeria, the attendant told me that I was ready and waiting for the delivery guy to pick up, then I questioned if it was the iFood delivery guy who was going to pick up, he realized he was going stay bowled and said no, he was his own courier, after 20 minutes the pizza arrived, the strange thing was that I hung up the phone and it already appeared to me that the delivery man had removed the pizza, so the attendant himself made this maneuver so as not to harm himself with iFood. The pizza came cold, with a ready-made tomato sauce, of sachet. So I can say that I will not ask again in this establishment, 100% sorry !!!
