★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse eu não daria nenhuma estrela, atendimento de péssima qualidade,fora que no final do mês passado eu fiz um pedido de duas pizzas e veio todas erradas.
OBS: REPETIR O PEDIDO TRÊS VEZES E AINDA MANDARAM ERRADAS.
If I could, I wouldn't give any stars, service of poor quality, apart from that at the end of last month I ordered two pizzas and they all came wrong.
NOTE: REPEAT THE ORDER THREE TIMES AND THEY STILL SENT WRONG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a experiência que tive não foi das melhores, atraso na entrega ao ligar informaram que o motoboy havia se acidentado e que iria demorar mais, porém 5 min. Depois o motoboy estava na porta com a pizza fria e ao questionar ele informou que não havia ocorrido nada com ele.
A pizza estava com uma qualidade muito ruim, depois desta nunca mais
Unfortunately, the experience I had was not the best, delay in delivery when calling informed that the motoboy had had an accident and that it would take longer, but 5 min. Then the motoboy was at the door with the cold pizza and when questioning he informed that nothing had happened to him.
The pizza was of a very bad quality, after this never again

O atendimento tanto presencial quanto telefônico é ótimo, com atendentes educados, atenciosos e gentis. As pizzas são deliciosas e tanto a massa como os recheios são feitos com ingredientes de qualidade e, o que consideramos muito importante é que sempre mantém o mesmo padrão.

This is our favorite pizzeria in Arujá right now. It's been a few years since we started ordering pizzas at San Remo and we haven't stopped since. The service both in person and over the phone is great, with polite, attentive and kind attendants. The pizzas are delicious and both the dough and the fillings are made with quality ingredients and what we consider very important is that they always maintain the same standard.
I soooo recommend it!
