Houve falha, desde o atendimento, até o cancelamento do pedido. Isso por quê, não foram "francos" no que diz respeito ao tempo de espera, para que saísse o nosso pedido. Ou seja, depois de longos (longos) minutos em espera, eu e minha esposa, recebemos a notícia de que ainda havia 06 pedidos na frente do nosso. Por que não avisaram no ato do primeiro atendimento? Lamentável. Por fim, fica a dica de mais transparência e empatia nos atendimentos.
Terrible attendance...
There was a failure, from service to cancellation of the order. That's why, they weren't "frank" with regard to the waiting time, so that our order came out. In other words, after long (long) minutes of waiting, my wife and I received the news that there were still 06 orders in front of ours. Why didn't they notify us at the time of the first service? Unfortunate. Finally, there is a hint of more transparency and empathy in the assistance.
