★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente, dia 22/12 realizei um pedido via ifood as 20:53 o tempo de entrega previsto era até 22:13 (sempre em contato com o estabelecimento via chat para saber se o pedido estava tudo certo). Aguardei o pedido, mais as 22:53 questionei sobre a entrega pois meu pedido não tinha chegado, fui informado que estava com o motoboy chegando. As 23:30hs ainda nao havia recebido o pedido, e ao questionar a pessoa informou que meu pedido não tinha ido para cozinha e portanto nao havia sido enviado. A falta de respeito com o cliente é enorme fiquei indignado pois aguardei esse tempo todo atoa e pior que o pedido não foi entregue e no ifood esta como confirmado
Absurdo, não comprem nesse lugar. Era meu primeiro pedido com eles nunca mais.
Lack of respect for the customer, on 12/22 I placed an order via ifood at 20:53 the estimated delivery time was until 22:13 (always contact the establishment via chat to find out if the order was all right). I waited for the order, but at 22:53 I asked about the delivery because my order had not arrived, I was informed that the courier was arriving. At 23: 30hs I still hadn't received the order, and when questioning the person informed that my order had not gone to the kitchen and therefore had not been sent. The lack of respect with the customer is huge I was indignant because I waited all this time and worse that the order was not delivered and ifood is as confirmed
Absurd, don't buy in that place. It was my first request with them ever again.

Wonderful pizza, thin crust and tasty stuffing, but it won't be possible to give 5 stars because it takes time to deliver the order.
