★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de 13 esfihas de carne e todas vieram cruas e uma de escarola com bacon sem bacon.
Fiz a reclamação e o dono disse q assa as esfihas com a carne crua por cima ao invés de fazer um pré cozimento da mesma antes.
Na reclamação ao invés do dono enviar de outros sabores do agrado do cliente empurrou ape nas do agrado dele ao invés do gosto do cliente. Jamais indicarei a ninguém.
 I ordered 13 meat steaks and they all came raw and one of bacon-and-bacon-escarole.
I made the complaint and the owner said to bake the esfihas with the raw meat on top instead of pre-cooking it before.
In the complaint instead of the owner sending other flavors of the customer's pleasure pushed only his pleasure rather than the customer's taste. I will never point it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As esfihas são muito boas porém o atendimento balcão deixa muito a desejar, primeira vez que fiz o pedido no local, e ao chegar falei boa noite para atendente e a mesma não me respondeu pois estava mexendo no celular, foi me responder no segundo boa noite, logo em seguida meu marido entrou deu boa noite a mesma não respondeu, acredito que o atendimento balcão e essencial, sabemos que tem pedidos via celular mas quando se trata de mensagens a prioridade e para o cliente que está a sua frente.
Enfim me decepcionei na primeira visita aí local.
Sugestão de atendimento seja simpático e cortez na frente dos clientes.
Educação é a alma do negócio.
The esfihas are very good but the counter service leaves a lot to be desired, the first time I placed the order on the spot, and when I arrived I said good night to the attendant and she didn't answer me because she was working on her cell phone, she answered me on the second good night , right after that my husband came in and said good night she didn’t answer, I believe that the counter service is essential, we know that you have orders via cell phone but when it comes to messages the priority is for the customer in front of you.
Anyway I was disappointed on the first visit there.
Suggestion of service is friendly and courteous in front of customers.
Education is the lifeblood of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigamente era bom agora as esfihas de carne estão vindo cruas e com gosto ruim, fiz a reclamação a moça trocou e todas vieram cruas novamente a moça alegou que ela estava vermelha por causa do tomate porém o cheiro era de carne crua e o gosto também,por favor arrumem isso pq todosprodutos daí eram bons eu pedia toda semana
In the past it was good now the meat sfihas are coming raw and with a bad taste, I made the complaint the girl changed and they all came raw again the girl claimed she was red because of the tomato but the smell was of raw meat and the taste too, please fix this cuz all products there were good I ordered every week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram exatamente 7 vezes que entregaram no número errado, o horário de entrega para 10 esfihas foi de 50 minutos, chegou depois de 1:20 obs: na rua de baixo, não demora nem 3 minutos a entrega. Depois de comer as 10 esfihas dividido para 5 pessoas, as 5 foram parar no hospital inclusive Eu.
Não só eu, como outras pessoas tbm já reclamaram de esfihas, principalmente a de carnê que já veio crua.
It was exactly 7 times that they delivered to the wrong number, the delivery time for 10 sfihas was 50 minutes, it arrived after 1:20, obs: on the street below, it doesn't take even 3 minutes for delivery. After eating the 10 sfihas divided to 5 people, the 5 ended up at the hospital, including me.
Not only me, but other people as well have complained about sfihas, especially the one with meat that came raw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mais cuidado com os pedidos e principalmente no atendimento do cliente. Funcionária desatenta ao anotar os pedidos e tempo de espera muito alto para entregas próximas. Entrega em endereço errado! Insatisfeito com o serviço. Se eu voltar a comprar e perceber melhora, reavalio!
There is a need for more care with orders and especially in customer service. Inattentive employee taking orders and very high waiting time for upcoming deliveries. Delivery to wrong address! Dissatisfied with the service. If I buy again and see improvement, I'll reevaluate!
