Na Super star e sempre da problema com o pedido erra o endereço , demora na entrega e ainda a pizza chega Fria atendimento péssimo !. Motoboys sem educação nenhuma . Não recomendo para ninguém .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 1:30 esperando a pizza, e fiquei 20 minutos aguardando no telefone só para dizer que queria cancelar devido a demora. A moça disse que teve um problema com a entrega, se eu não poderia ir buscar. Se eu pedi a entrega é por que não tenho meio de locomoção. Ou seja se eu não tivesse ligado ficaria 2 ou 3 horas esperando a pizza e não ia chegar nunca. Deem uma satisfação ao cliente quando isso acontecer.
I was 1:30 waiting for the pizza, and I was on the phone for 20 minutes just to say that I wanted to cancel due to the delay. The lady said she had a problem with the delivery if I couldn't pick it up. If I asked for delivery, it's because I don't have a means of locomotion. That is, if I hadn't called, I would have been waiting 2 or 3 hours for the pizza and it would never arrive. Give the customer a satisfaction when this happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzaria com nenhum respeito pelo cliente pois dizem uma coisa pelo site e quando liga é outra.
Fomos enganados devido a uma compra efetuada pelo telefone pois fizemos pedido de acordo com o que estava no site e na hora que chegou foi a menos que veio o pedido ligamos e falaram que tinha que pagar pela diferença sendo que no site a quantidade era aquele valor.
Me senti enganada e sem nenhum tipo de valor.
Péssimo atendimento e respeito pelos clientes.

We were deceived due to a purchase made over the phone because we ordered according to what was on the website and when it arrived it was unless the order came, we called and said that I had to pay for the difference and on the website the amount was that amount .
I felt cheated and worthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torço de verdade pra que melhorem ontem 02/04 comprei Esfihas não gostei. Massa seca dava pra sentir o gosto da farinha de trigo crua e qualidade dos recheios não agrada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi realizada uma entrega errada em meu endereço, meu esposo recebeu e pagou achando que era pedido nosso, como estava chegando do trabalho nem se deu conta já que o motoboy buzinou na minha resistência, entrei em contato com a central porque o pedido foi feito na loja de Itaquera, comuniquei a atendente do erro preocupada com o cliente que estava aguardando o pedido dele, recebi uma ligação da responsável pela loja chamada Rose, foi assim que ela se identificou, como se nós tivéssemos feito algo errado, imaginando que fôssemos devolver o pedido e solicitar a devolução do valor pago, jamais iríamos prejudicar o motoboy, por ser a responsável da loja, precisa tratar melhor as pessoas, moça extremamente grosseira, mal educada, nunca fiz um pedido sequer nessa rede, e a partir dessa falta de respeito e grosseria de hoje, jamais farei!
