Fiz meu pedido às 19h20.
O prazo dado para a entrega era de 50 minutos Às 20h saiu para entrega. Às 21h20 (duas horas depois de fazer meu pedido e UMA hora depois de ter saído para entrega) ainda não havia recebido.
Moro há 4km da pizzaria!
Entrei em contato mais de uma vez para saber se o entregador estava próximo, mas as respostas foram evasivas. Acabei cancelando meu pedido porque tenho crianças em casa e tive que procurar outra opção.
Frustrou a experiência de toda a família!
Não recomendo!
I rate it with one star because unfortunately I can't rate it with zero.
I placed my order at 7:20 pm.
The deadline given for delivery was 50 minutes At 20h it went out for delivery. At 9:20 pm (two hours after placing my order and ONE hour after I left for delivery) I still hadn't received it.
I live 4km from the pizzeria!
I contacted more than once to see if the delivery person was near, but the responses were evasive. I ended up canceling my order because I have children at home and I had to look for another option.
It frustrated the whole family's experience!
I do not recommend!
