★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa, porém a os métodos de higiene não tem nenhum, pizzaria minúscula e cheia de mulher com o cabelo solto, só de ver isso perdi o apetite, a vigilância sanitária deveria ir fazer uma visita, tou reclamando aqui mais na próxima a denuncia será pra vigilância sanitária

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de atendimento ao cliente, efetuei um pedido pelo ifood, ao receber a pizza e abrir a caixa me deparei com a pizza totalmente destruída, pedaços amontoados e desmanchados com recheios grudados na tampa e etc, entrei em contato pelo chat do ifood, me passaram o contato de WhatsApp e por ai ficou, não me responderam mais pelo aplicativo, nem pelo WhatsApp nem mesmo atendem o telefone, mor da historia, fiquei no prejuízo , sem atendimento e sem a refeição que desejava!!! Vamos aguardar e ver se recebo uma resposta, porque até agora não se incomodaram com o péssimo serviço!
Lousy customer service, I placed an order for ifood, when I received the pizza and opened the box I came across the pizza totally destroyed, pieces heaped and dismantled with fillings stuck to the lid and etc, I contacted by the ifood chat, me they passed the contact of WhatsApp and stayed there, they did not answer me for the app, nor for WhatsApp they don't even answer the phone, mor of the story, I was at a loss, without service and without the meal I wanted !!! Let's wait and see if I get an answer, because so far they haven't bothered with the terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi pelo ifood as 20:40hrs, previsão de entrega era 21:38hrs, as 22:20 liguei, e a atendente disse que já tinha saído, esperei mais de 20 minutos e resolvi ligar novamente para verificar as 22:40 (1 hora de atraso), a atendente mulher totalmente grosseira disse que atrasos acontecem, que eu poderia ter pedido em outra pizzaria e poderia cancelar, somente isso. Péssimo atendimento, sem respeito com o cliente. Muito mais pela indiferença e falta de consideração do que pelo atraso (que realmente pode acontecer um imprevisto). Ficamos sem jantar e ainda fomos ofendidos. Lamentável a falta de educação.
Lousy service, I asked for ifood at 20: 40hrs, delivery forecast was 21: 38hrs, at 22:20 I called, and the attendant said she was already gone, waited more than 20 minutes and decided to call again to check at 22:40 ( 1 hour late), the totally rude woman attendant said that delays happen, that I could have ordered at another pizzeria and could cancel, that's all. Bad service, with no respect for the customer. Much more for indifference and lack of consideration than for the delay (which can really happen unexpectedly). We were left without dinner and still were offended. The lack of education is regrettable.
