★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre comprei pizza da tarumã, as pizzas sempre foram boas, mas hoje pedi uma pizza e a caixa estava com um cheiro muito ruim, na parte de baixo e tampa. Relatei para a atendente no Whatsapp onde fiz o pedido e não me responderam. Enfim, não sei aonde deixam essas caixas, mas foi em um local sem higiene, pelo cheiro que estava, e o silêncio da atendente dá a intender que eles sabem e não vão fazer nada!
I always bought tarumã pizza, the pizzas were always good, but today I ordered a pizza and the box smelled really bad, on the bottom and lid. I reported to the attendant on Whatsapp where I made the request and they didn't answer me. Anyway, I don't know where these boxes are left, but it was in an unhygienic place, because of the smell it was in, and the attendant's silence implies that they know and won't do anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,pedimos 1 pizza falaram que ia demorar entre 40 minutos ah 50 e imagina,levo muito mais tempo,infelizmente só não desisti do pedido por conta da minha filha,mas uma falta de respseito?
Terrible, we ordered 1 pizza, they said it would take between 40 minutes to 50 hours and imagine, it takes me a lot longer, unfortunately I just didn't give up on the order because of my daughter, but a lack of respect?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (29/10/21) convidamos alguns parentes para vir aqui em casa comer pizzas, e sempre pedimos na Tarumã e hoje pedimos 3 pizzas e para nossa surpresa as pizzas vieram sem recheios as bordas sem recheio ou apenas um filete de catupiry e a de mussarela veio o queijo todo revirado... Ficamos chateados e constrangidos pois sobrou muita pizza...
Não sei se foi o excesso de pedidos devido ao feriadão, porém a queda de qualidade não pode ser repassada aos seus clientes.
Today (10/29/21) we invited some relatives to come here to eat pizzas, and we always order at Tarumã and today we order 3 pizzas and to our surprise the pizzas came without filling, edges without filling or just a fillet of cream cheese and the of mozzarella came the cheese all overturned... We were upset and embarrassed because there was too much pizza left...
I don't know if it was the excess of orders due to the holiday, but the drop in quality cannot be passed on to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima categoria, atendente mal educada , tive q cancelar o pedido devido ao tempo de 1 hora e quarenta min. Não indico a pizzaria a ninguém .
Poor service, rude attendant, I had to cancel the order due to the time of 1 hour and forty min. I don't recommend the pizzeria to anyone.
