It took an hour and a half, and when I went to call dnv to complain the guy told me to "stay connected" even though it was hot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De vez em quando compro a pizza deles. Mas hoje dia 05/02/21 superou. Encomendei uma pizza grande de 5 queijos, pedido às 20h43 e são 22h56 ainda não chegou. Reclamei e cada hora uma desculpa. A pizza é boa mas está difícil se continuar assim. E esse horário é péssimo para fazer pedido de outro lugar. Por fim chegou 00h16 minutos com erro pois não trouxeram o refrigerante que havia pedido.
From time to time I buy their pizza. But today 05/02/21 overcame. I ordered a large pizza with 5 cheeses, ordered at 8:43 pm and it is 10:56 pm yet to arrive. I complained and every hour an excuse. The pizza is good but it is difficult to continue like this. And this time is terrible for ordering from elsewhere. Finally 00h16 minutes arrived with error because they did not bring the soft drink that I had ordered.
