★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza meia mussarela meia calabresa paguei com cartão de credito no portão quando abri a pizza só tinha praticamente massa quase sem recheio uma pizza crua horrivel...liguei e o atendimento foi pior ainda a atendente desligou o radio pra não escutar o que eu tinha pra dizer...não indico a ninguém comprar pizza ou comer no restaurante.
I ordered a pizza half mozzarella half pepperoni I paid with credit card at the gate when I opened the pizza just had almost no crust stuffing a horrible raw pizza ... I called and the service was even worse the attendant turned off the radio not to hear what I I had to say ... I don't tell anyone to buy pizza or eat in the restaurant.

O entregador não sei se era novato mas fez um péssimo atendimento, má vontade, antipático e primeiro que já chegou buzinando igual doido e sem necessidade, tudo bem, aqui é favela..
Mas se faz algo do tipo em prédios pode gerar problema, pra quem mora em condomínio sabe.. Detalhe: era meia noite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez que peço 2 pizzas a tal da kaaty França me manda 1 e ainda por cima me ignorou qnd pedi p flr com o dono sobre a falta de atenção e queria outra pizza cm cortesia,pois são dez pessoas e a metade ficou sem comer inclusive crianças que até choro querendo comer e não tinha ..sou cliente a mts anos e nunca tive reclamação ou problema algum agora achou ruim que eu quero flr com o dono..o mínimo que vcs poderia fazer por nois era dar outra pq estão errando mto cmg ,sem contar as demoras que é um absurdo .vcs perderam 10 clientes . infelizmente
For the second time I order 2 pizzas from kaaty France send me 1 and on top of that she ignored me when I asked the owner about the lack of attention and I wanted another pizza with courtesy, as there are ten people and half were without eating including children who even cry wanting to eat and had no .. I’m a customer for many years and I never had a complaint or problem now I thought it was bad that I want to flr with the owner..the least you could do for us was to give another one because they’re wrong mto cmg, not to mention the delays that are absurd. you lost 10 customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dá pra responder a respostas dele então ponho aqui editando. Não eu não fiz dois pedidos eu fiz um só e tudo por telefone não sei da onde tiraram isso assumam o erro e pronto . Mandara a coca 50 minutos depois a sai fora tá de brincadeira a pizza ficou fria.
Pedi uma pizza e uma coca, a pizza chegou e eu liguei imediatamente pra avisar que a coca não havia vindo, poxa foram 50 minutos pra vir uma coca de um lugar que até minha casa são 6 minutos porque já vi no maps, acho uma falta de respeito, tem duas crianças esperando pra comer a pizza que já está fria e comemos fria mesmo e sem coca, eu não sei o nível de importância que tem um cliente pra vocês, mas infelizmente perderam uma, foi a segunda e última vez q pedi aí, não pelo erro pq errar é humano e todos nós erramos ainda mais na Correria, mas poderiam ter dado prioridade pra trazer a coca rápido pra comermos a pizza quente, sem contar que a moça que me atendeu pela segunda vez, ficou duvidando que eu realmente havia pedido a coca da primeira vez, lamentável.
