Eu super indico.
 I would like to praise the new direction of Pizzeria Balcony, and congratulate that wonderful pizza, you guys are very fast with delivery and perfect in service from order to delivery.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou vizinha de vcs uma baderna isso aí daqui de casa escuto gritos , de brincadeira mais de 10 horas da noite , sem falar que toda hora e um funcionário falando palavrão eu passo na porta e escuto com certeza os donos não são mais a Néia e Alexandre desorganização total .
Eu era cliente depois que vi a falta de respeito com os vizinhos e como cliente não peço mais
domingo a noite escutei cada coisa , cada palavrão Falta de respeito
Nem parece ter patrão ali os funcionários fazem o que quer
I'm your neighbor, you're a troublemaker, and I hear screams from here at home, joking more than 10 hours at night, not to mention that all the time and an employee swearing I pass by the door and I hear for sure the owners are no longer Néia and Alexandre total disorganization.
I was a customer after I saw the lack of respect towards the neighbors and as a customer I don't ask anymore
Sunday night I heard everything, every swear word Lack of respect
It doesn't even seem like there's a boss there, the employees do what they want

Lero lero mais feio...primeira e única não recomendo..
I can't understand how the ifood platform doesn't exclude an establishment like this, almost 1 hr late and pizza didn't arrive, I made contact they said it's system instability save me
Read more ugly read...first and only do not recommend..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada..Sempre pedia mas perderam uma cliente o sabor caiu bastante,o tempo está muito grande avisam mas esta grande...outra atendimento também caiu de mais a gerente Sara nao conversa com cliente direito debocha, e grossa pasmem me mandaram pizza errada com ervilha uma portuguesa aqui em casa a gente nao gosta de ervilha na pizza,comemos assim mesmo pq estávamos morrendo de fome mandei mesnagem a Sara falou que me dava borda e refrigerante quando fui pedir ontem falou que podia me dar um kuat e borda comum aleguei que não avisou que não tinha direito de escolha ela disse que nao podia tomar prejuízo na coca cola que é 8 reais falei e meu prejuízo ou seja não olham lado do cliente .. em fim mandaram a coca cola e a pizza muito ruim 2 horas e meia demorou e a borda não era como pedi duvido que a Neia proprietária sabe oq a sua gerente esta fazendo com os cleintes mas em fim somente nao peço la mais.Ha e tenho todos os audios e conversas
Disappointed.. I always asked but they lost a customer, the flavor dropped a lot, the weather is too big, they warn you but this great... another service also dropped too much, the manager Sara doesn't talk to the customer right, mocking, and grossly amazed they sent me the wrong pizza with pea a portuguese here at home we don't like peas on pizza, we ate it anyway because we were starving I sent a message to Sara said she would give me rim and soda when I went to ask yesterday she said she could give me a kuat and common rim I claimed that she didn't warn that she had no right to choose she said she couldn't take a loss on coca cola which is 8 reais I said and my loss that is they don't look at the customer side .. in the end they sent the coca cola and the very bad pizza 2 and a half hours it took a while and the edge was not as I asked, I doubt that the owner Neia knows what her manager is doing with the customers but in the end, I just don't ask for it anymore.
