Terrible attendance! They said they would deliver the pizza in 50 The order was placed at 21:10 now it's 22:55 and they're asking for another 20 minutes! They play with customers!!!!!!!!

I ordered the pizza 20:30 it's 22:46 and I still had a problem with the biker at the gate, it's hard to ask the doorman to intercom for the customer. Nobody has a crystal ball to know that the biker is at the gate looking at the gate and still nervous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, depois de 2hs de espera, liguei e falei com a atendente Franciele que teve a coragem de dizer que a pizza estava saindo, DEPOIS DE 2HS !!!!! Reclamei e ela disse que não tem culpa, porque não e ela que trabalha na cozinha fazendo pizza! Resultado, cancelei o pedido, ficamos com fome e bem irritados. Não desejo isso pra ninguém, estragou o domingo da nossa família!!!!!
Terrible service, after 2 hours of waiting, I called and spoke to the attendant Franciele who had the courage to say that the pizza was leaving, AFTER 2 hours !!!!! I complained and she said it's not her fault because it's not her who works in the kitchen making pizza! Result, I canceled the order, we were hungry and very angry. I don't wish this on anyone, it ruined our family's Sunday!!!!!
