★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é ótima, porém um descaso na entrega. Me deram o prazo de 40min, aguardei 1h e mandei msg para saber se já estava vindo, me informaram que sim. Depois disso ainda esperei mais 40min antes de cancelar. Não se responsabilizaram por tamanha espera, e tive que ficar com minha filha de 4 anos chorando por conta da pizza, um descaso total. Infelizmente perderam o cliente.
 The pizza is great, but the delivery is lacking. They gave me a deadline of 40min, I waited 1h and sent a message to see if it was already coming, they informed me that it was. After that, I waited another 40min before canceling. They weren't responsible for such a long wait, and I had to stay with my 4-year-old daughter crying over the pizza, a total disregard. Unfortunately they lost the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente decepcionado com o atendimento. Comprava com frequência e a qualidade dos produtos é boa mas logo no primeiro problema que tive já recebi um atendimento horrível. Encontrei um fio de cabelo na pizza e ao reclamar não só não tive uma devolutiva com um pedido de desculpas como também tive um atendimento rude com um descaso completo e fui até mesmo convidado a não comprar mais no estabelecimento. Em resumo não recomendo mais os produtos do lugar, deixarei de comprar e influenciarei quem puder para que também deixe. Acredito que educação e respeito ao consumidor é fundamental e não só me destrataram como também nem se retrataram sobre o ocorrido.
Completely disappointed with the service. I used to buy it often and the quality of the products is good but the first problem I had I already received horrible service. I found a hair on the pizza and when I complained, not only did I not get a return with an apology, but I also had rude service with complete disregard and was even asked not to buy from the establishment anymore. In short, I no longer recommend the products of the place, I will stop buying and I will influence whoever I can to also leave. I believe that education and respect for the consumer is fundamental and they not only mistreated me but also did not retract about what happened.

A pizza tradicional tem o valor aceitável e, é muito saborosa, realmente vale a pena.
A pizza Premium, paguei R$67.00, no sabor de Contra file com 3 queijos, e o que recebi foi o seguinte:
A Carne parenta Carne Moída, sobre os 3 Tipos de Queijos, aparenta ser catupiri disfarçado.
O atendimento mostra desdem com o cliente.
OBS: Pizza veio com pontos queimados.

Traditional pizza is reasonably priced and is very tasty, really worth it.

The service shows disdain with the customer.
