★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzaria Vitória na rua Guatemala, a pizza muito boa. Mas, para comer no local, o atendimento é muito ruim, parecem que não querem te atender. Acho que só não faliu porque a pizza é boa e pelo que vi, eles vendem mais por delivery.
Pizzeria Vitória on Guatemala street, the pizza is very good. But, to eat in the place, the service is very bad, they seem like they don't want to serve you. I think it just didn't go bankrupt because the pizza is good and from what I've seen, they sell more for delivery.

A MASSA É BOA O TEMPERO TBM, O ÚNICO DEFEITO É ESSE REQUEIJÃO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE (O REQUEIJÃO QUATA E MUITO PARECIDO COM CATUPIRY) ANALISA O CASO E AUMENTAR O VALOR DAS PIZZAS...MAIS TROCA ESSE INGREDIENTE POR UM DE QUALIDADE QUE EU AGRADEÇO ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente mais uma vez decepcionada, eles erram e o pior é não pedir desculpas e não assumir o erro, não foi a primeira vez.. hoje pedi duas pizzas COM COCA e me entregaram, qndo estava comendo me ligaram falando que o motoboy havia deixado uma coca aqui, mas que eu não havia pedido e nem teria pago!! Eu pedi a coca, todos estavam de prova, mas eles insistiram que eu não teria pedido.. enfim peguei o pix e fiz a transferência, o problema não tá no valor da coca, em eles terem se confundido e cobrado errado, até pq sem problemas todo mundo erra, mas me ligar e dizer que eu não pedi coca, ou seja que enganei o motoboy aí já é demais!!!! Outra vez fiz o pedido da pizza, passou 1h e meia e nada de chegar, liguei lá e falaram que eu não havia pedido pizza, me fizeram de louca falando que eu devia ter pedido em outra pizzaria.. eu insisti, mas desisti.. passou mais uns minutos qndo eu já havia ligado pra outra pizzaria, e eles me ligaram pedindo desculpa falando que a pizza estava pronta, ou seja pode ser falta de organização, demanda alta no atendimento, como disse todos erram, mas assumam seus erros, não venha colocar o erro no cliente, e nem fazê-lo de idiota pq nós não somos!! Perderam só mais uma cliente de anos!!
Unfortunately, once again disappointed, they make mistakes and the worst thing is not to apologize and not admit the mistake, it was not the first time.. today I ordered two pizzas WITH COCA and they delivered to me, when I was eating they called me saying that the motoboy had left one coke here, but I hadn't asked for it and I wouldn't have paid for it!! I asked for the coke, they were all proof, but they insisted that I wouldn't have asked for it.. I finally took the pix and made the transfer, the problem is not in the price of the coca, in they got confused and charged it wrong, even because without problems everyone makes mistakes, but calling me and saying that I didn't order coke, that is, that I tricked the motoboy there is already too much!!!! Another time I ordered pizza, 1 and a half hours passed and nothing arrived, I called there and they said that I had not ordered pizza, they made me crazy saying that I should have ordered it at another pizzeria.. I insisted, but I gave up.. A few more minutes passed when I had already called another pizzeria, and they called me apologizing saying that the pizza was ready, that is, it could be a lack of organization, high demand in service, as I said, everyone makes mistakes, but admit your mistakes, no come put the error on the client, and don't even make a fool of it because we are not!! Just lost another customer for years!!
