Terrible service they stipulate delivery to be delivered but I didn't fulfill the agreement I asked for soup and I haven't ordered for more than 1 hour

Uma criança só comia queijo com milho e meu pedido não veio corretamente e me mandaram de calabresa das 2 Pizzas que pedi veio tudo errado . Além da demora de 3 horas , pedido errado e sem retorno sobre minha reclamação …
Triste experiência
My experience was terrible, I placed my order on 02/01/22 at 21:00 and received it within 24:00, but with all the wrong order.
A child only ate cheese with corn and my order didn't come correctly and they sent me pepperoni of the 2 Pizzas I ordered came all wrong. In addition to the 3 hours delay, wrong order and no response on my complaint…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora absurda para entrega do pedido, e sem contar o tempo de resposta através do WhatsApp! Minha mãe e familiares foram embora da minha casa, sem conseguir comer, pois tinham horário pra ir embora… Uma experiência péssima.
Absurd delay for delivery of the order, and not to mention the response time through WhatsApp! My mother and family left my house, unable to eat, because they had time to leave… A bad experience.

Pedi por volta das 19:45 2 caldos e 1 pizza, a atendente muito atenciosa e educada informou que estavam com uma demanda grande e o prazo seria de 1:10H e até aí ok!
Chegou a família para comer e o prazo passou, entrei em contato com eles para ver se já tinha saído o pedido as 21:00 e me informaram que o entregador já havia saído para entrega que em 15 minutos chegaria, 21:40 entrei em contato novamente e foi o mesmo papo porém as 22:10 o entregador chegou e foi bem atencioso, perguntei se ele havia saído de lá com mais entregas, pois achei estranho não caberia na bag, ele me informou que saiu da pizzaria a 5 minutos que o pessoal estava apressando falando que o cliente estava cobrando, mandei mensagem para pizzaria falando que chegou e fiquei chateado com a mentira deles, que se soubesse que iria ter tanto transtorno teria pedido em outro lugar!
Ao servir as pessoas todos com uma cara estranha, ao experimentar não tinha tempero nenhum os caldos, ou seja, tive que voltar ao fogo para temperados já que fizeram de qualquer jeito.
As vezes pedimos delivery para fugir da cozinha mas com este estabelecimento não tem como fugir.
Resumo: Me enrolaram, mentiram pro cliente e fizeram de qualquer jeito!
O restaurante pediu desculpas e ofereceu um brinde da próxima vez que chega ser hilário eles achar que haverá uma próxima vez!
Fica minha indignação com a falta de ética pelo cliente.
Would not recommend to anyone looking for a decent experience.
I ordered around 7:45 pm for 2 broths and 1 pizza, the very attentive and polite attendant informed that they were in great demand and the deadline would be 1:10 pm and until then ok!
The family arrived to eat and the deadline passed, I contacted them to see if the order had already left at 21:00 and they informed me that the delivery man had already left for delivery that would arrive in 15 minutes, 21:40 I contacted again and it was the same conversation but at 22:10 the delivery man arrived and was very attentive, I asked if he had left there with more deliveries, because I thought it was strange it wouldn't fit in the bag, he informed me that he left the pizzeria 5 minutes before the staff was rushing saying that the customer was charging, I sent a message to the pizzeria saying it arrived and I was upset with their lie, that if I knew it would have so much trouble I would have ordered elsewhere!
When serving people all with a strange face, when trying the broths there was no seasoning at all, that is, I had to go back to the fire for seasoning since they did it anyway.
Sometimes we order delivery to escape the kitchen but with this establishment there is no way to escape.
Summary: They tricked me, lied to the client and did it anyway!
The restaurant apologized and offered a toast the next time it arrives being hilarious they think there will be a next time!
My indignation remains with the lack of ethics by the client.
