★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento deixa muito a desejar hoje mesmo fiz um pedido as 22h40 o mesmo era para ser entregue fui até o estabelecimento para fazer a retirada devido a demora no final surpresa...o pedido não foi nem passado para a cozinha ou seja 2h de espera por um pedido que não aconteceu.
Cometer um erro até podemos deixar passar porém essa foi a terceira vez nas duas primeiras relevem porém isso só mostra o despreparo da "equipe " e muito falta de competência.
Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired today I made an order at 10:40 pm it was supposed to be delivered I went to the establishment to make the withdrawal due to the delay at the end surprise...the order was not even passed to the kitchen that is 2 hours of waiting for an order that didn't happen.
Making a mistake we can even let it go, but this was the third time in the first two, but this only shows the unpreparedness of the "team" and a lot of lack of competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa pizzaria ai mo tiração com o cliente pizza mandam pizza fria, e ainda erram no recheio não peço nunca mais e ainda a massa não é boa e super pezada quando ela esfriar a massa endurece e fica horrível, me mandaram pizza fria e depois me mandaram ainda com o recheio errado pedi de frango me mandaram peito de Peru é uma tiração isso várias vezes aconteceu isso tinha parado de pegar por conta disso voltei pq é aqui perto e ainda demora mais de 1 hora pra entregar mais é última vez a pizzaria Imperio da de 10 a 0 ne vcs aprendam a ter o cliente como prioridade pra vcs vcs não tão nem aí pro cliente. Olha ai só gente reclamando de vcs.
This pizzeria there with the pizza customer they send cold pizza, and they still get the filling wrong, I never order again and still the dough is not good and super heavy when it cools the dough hardens and looks horrible, they sent me cold pizza and then they sent me still with the wrong stuffing I ordered chicken they sent me turkey breast it's a withdrawal this happened several times it had stopped taking because of that I came back because it's close by and it still takes more than 1 hour to deliver but it's the last time the Imperio da pizzeria from 10 to 0 and you learn to have the customer as a priority for you, you don't care about the customer. Look at people complaining about you.
