★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção. Pedi pela primeira vez uma pizza salgada e uma doce. Chegou completamente crua e com gosto de fermento. Liguei apenas para ar o feedback e a atendente se limitou a dizer sinto muito. Nunca mais?????
Disappointment. I asked for the first time a salty pizza and a sweet one. It came completely raw and tasteless with yeast. I just called the feedback and the attendant just said sorry. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pizza é de excelente qualidade !!! Tive um problema devido a um erro do App da Uber Eats, e a Pizzaria Prego resolveu rapidamente. Gostaria de agradecer pela rápida solução e parabenizar pela qualidade da pizza salgada e também da doce (vem com muito chocolate e a massa também é ótima).
Recomendo a todos !!!
The Pizza is of excellent quality !!! I had a problem due to an error in the Uber Eats App, and Pizzaria Prego resolved it quickly. I would like to thank you for the quick solution and congratulate you on the quality of the salty and sweet pizza (it comes with a lot of chocolate and the dough is also great).
I recommend it to everyone !!!

Mas, o único porém que o tamanho grande (30cm), equivale a uma média. E a gigante (40cm) q seria equivalente a grande só vende no delivery. Para consumo na loja não. No mais, e MT gostosa a pizza mesmo. Voltarei em breve
The pizza is delicious. Really delicious.
But, the only one though that the big size (30cm), is equivalent to an average. And the giant (40cm) q would be equivalent to large only sells on delivery. Not for consumption in the store. In addition, the pizza is really tasty. I'll be back soon

Tem um "responsável" chamado Raí que simplesmente não serve para nada. Fiz um pedido, a pizza não chegou, o entregador não responde as mensagens, e simplesmente esta pessoa, que se intitula como responsável diz que não pode fazer nada... Só que eu já paguei o pedido e eles não devolvem o dinheiro, não fazem o estorno, dizem que não podem fazer nada porque tudo é pelo iFood.
Lastimável a postura da empresa em colocar como responsável uma pessoa obtusa, que não tem a menor preocupação em atender minimamente bem o cliente.
Como cliente não quero saber se o problema é do motoboy, da pizzaria ou do iFood, quero que resolva meu problema e, para minha surpresa, até ouvir deste "responsável" que é melhor não pedir mais nada lá eu ouvi... Lastimável...
Jamais pedirei pizza neste estabelecimento e aconselharei a todos que conheço a fazer o mesmo.
An establishment with poor service.
There is a "responsible" named Raí who is simply useless. I placed an order, the pizza didn't arrive, the delivery guy doesn't respond to messages, and this person, who claims to be responsible, says he can't do anything... But I already paid for the order and they don't refund the money, no chargeback, say they can't do anything because everything is through iFood.
It is regrettable the company's attitude in holding an obtuse person responsible, who does not have the slightest concern in serving the customer minimally.
As a customer I don't want to know if the problem is the motoboy, the pizzeria or the iFood, I want you to solve my problem and, to my surprise, until I hear from this "responsible" that it's better not to order anything there I heard... ..
I will never order pizza from this establishment and will advise everyone I know to do the same.
