★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e muito bom só q os cara q concerta máquina n vale nada levei minha máquita lá pra conversa já sabendo o defeito n concertei eu mesmo porq n tenho tempo um concerto q em média custaria uns 80 reais q já tinha feito orçamento em outro lugar lá cobraram 180$ falando q o rolamento tava estragado sendo o rolamento tava no vô porq a máquina só tinha 6 meses de uso o cabo sendo q tbm era novo e uma peça no moto sendo q era apenas trocar o gatilho peximo em concerto fora isso peças são ótimas e atendimento tbm e bm
The service is very good only q the guys q fix machine n is worth anything I took my machine there for conversation already knowing the defect n fixed myself because I don't have time for a concert q on average it would cost about 80 reais q I had already budgeted elsewhere there they charged 180 $ saying that the bearing was damaged, the bearing was on the flight because the machine was only 6 months old, the cable was also new and one piece on the motorcycle was that it was just a change of the trigger in concert other than that parts are great and tbm and bm service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma esmerilhadeira da marca U.S.K por indicaçao do vendedor dizendo ser uma otima ferramenta e com custo baixo. Disse ele que a vendia para varios serralheiros e nao davam problema. A minha com 20 dias de uso hobby ja apresentou defeito. Por ser a Pizzimar uma empresa de manutençao de ferramentas eletricas levei-a para que na garantia fosse resolvido o defeito. Qual nao foi minha surpresa quando o mesmo vendedor me informou que a Pizzimar não fazia manutençao nas maquinas dessa marca que eles mesmos vendiam, ou seja o produto é de qualidade duvidosa e o vendedor me informou que eu deveria colocar a maquina no correio emviar para a importadora e aguardar sabe-se lá quanto tempo, alem das despesas de postagem e tempo perdido. Portanto muito ruim minha experiencia com a Pizzimar.
I bought a U.S.K brand grinder by recommendation of the seller saying it is a great tool and with low cost. He said he sold it to several locksmiths and they didn't give a problem. Mine with 20 days of hobby use already had a defect. As Pizzimar is a maintenance company for electrical tools, I took it to have the defect resolved under warranty. What was my surprise when the same seller informed me that Pizzimar did not maintain the machines of this brand that they themselves sold, that is, the product is of dubious quality and the seller informed me that I should put the machine in the mail to send it to the importer and wait for who knows how long, in addition to postage expenses and lost time. So very bad my experience with Pizzimar.
