Sou gestante e nao tiveram nenhuma consideração... nao podia sair do carro porque tinha que ficar na fila. Só porque é o único local tratam os clientes assim.... nao tem nenhuma recepção para o cliente. Péssimo...
Terrible attendance. I was in the sun 50 min until I reached the covered place to score. I am pregnant and had no consideration ... I couldn't get out of the car because I had to stand in line. Just because it is the only place they treat customers like that .... there is no reception for the customer. Terrible...

Quando consegui falar com eles, tive um ótimo atendimento, me atenderam rápido e muito eficiente, estou mudando minha avaliação, toda empresa passa por momento difíceis e como elas redime é o ponto mais importante para mim. Recomendo.
I made a 1 star rating 2 months ago because I could not contact. He was told it was because of the change board. When I could talk to them, I had a great service, attended me quickly and very efficient, I'm changing my assessment, every company goes through difficult times and how they redeems is the most important point for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei antes perguntei o valor era de 210 as duas placas ,cheguei no local o cara fez todos os procedimentos e me pediu para pagar a placa .passei o cartão débito em seguida ele me virou falou q meu carro Corsa não daria certo de colocar a placa sendo que liguei antes que teria que ou furar o carro para colocar a placa ou comprar um suporte de placa. De 30$ por fim não precisou disso só arranquei a borrachinha de vedação deu certo então tomem cuidado .tomem cuidado eles querem ganhar suporte nas costas do cliente fica dica
I called before I asked the value was 210 the two plates, I arrived at the place the guy did all the procedures and asked me to pay the plate. I passed the debit card then he turned me around and said my Corsa car would not work to put the plate and I called before that I would have to either pierce the car to put the license plate or buy a license plate holder. 30 $ at last I didn’t need it, I just pulled the sealing rubber off, so be careful. Be careful they want to gain support on the client’s back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É por essas e outras que nesse País nada funciona, colocam na mão de apenas uma empresa o serviço da troca dessas Placas padrão Mercosul;que de vantagem não tem nada só custas a mais no bolso dos já sofridos brasileiros e o atendimento se resume nisso: "Lixo", pois disponibilizam os telefones mas ninguém atende nem e-mail e muito menos whatsapp.
It is for these and others that in this country nothing works, they put in the hands of only one company the exchange service for these standard Mercosur plates; which advantage has nothing but extra costs in the pocket of the already suffering Brazilians and the service is summed up in that: "Garbage", as they make phones available but no one answers even e-mail, let alone whatsapp.

I ALREADY SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS TO THE PROCOM - OPEN COMPLAINTS IN THE DELEGACY OF MY CITY - I PASSED PICTURES OF THE REST IN THE WATHS APP TO THE CENTRAL AREA OF THE COMPANY AND FOR TV HAS ...
