★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendeu a minha solicitação logo de imediato. Precisei somente de uma ligação, na vdd não tinha uma relação muito boa com a imobiliária, mas com o tempo percebi que o problema não está na imobiliária em si e sim nos proprietários.
You answered my request right away. I just needed a call, in vdd I didn't have a very good relationship with the real estate company, but over time I realized that the problem is not in the real estate itself but in the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Três anos no imóvel, contrato extremamente prejudicial, multa de 25% no dia de atraso (não enviaram o boleto no primeiro mês). Literalmente 300 reais por mes pra gerarem um boleto.
Evitem.
Too bad. Three years on the property, extremely damaging contract, 25% fine on the day of delay (they did not send the ticket in the first month). Literally 300 reais per month to generate a payment slip.
Avoid it.

Não são NADA profissionais, péssimos, não respondem contato, completamente ignorantes.
NENHUMA casa ou apartamento vale a dor de cabeça que você vai ter se fizer negócio com eles. NENHUMA, garanto!!! PIOR decisão que já tomei na minha vida.
Graças a todos os santos eu me livrei desses ignorantes e agora NUNCA MAIS. Eu não fico num apartamento cuidado por eles NEM se ELES me pagarem o aluguel, prefiro voltar a morar com meus pais.
FLEE !!! RUN !!! DO ANYTHING BUT DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE !!!!
They are NOT at all professional, lousy, do not respond to contact, completely ignorant.
NO house or apartment is worth the headache you will get if you do business with them. NONE, I guarantee !!! WORST decision I have ever made in my life.
Thanks to all the saints I got rid of these ignorant people and now NEVER AGAIN. I do not stay in an apartment cared for by them EVEN IF THEY pay my rent, I prefer to return to live with my parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário de atendimento de todas as assinaturas de e-mail diz das 08h45 às 17h45, mas quando ligo a mensagem automática diz que funcionam das 9h às 16h. Além disso, sou locadora de um imóvel e não recebi qualquer comunicação que entrariam em recesso no final de ano. Agora meu problema só será resolvido ano que vem. Zero profissionalismo!
Service hours for all email subscriptions say from 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, but when I call, the automatic message says they work from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de hj "04/03/16", marquei visita com a empresa em pleno horário de trabalho por horário disponível do corretor, atrasei 10 minutos devido a não conhecer o local e o corretor Henrique foi embora sem se dar ao trabalho de entrar em contato comigo (já q não me passaram o celular dele). Cara desses não tem a habilidade de representar uma empresa.

Atendem os locatários com bastante soberba, desconsiderando que o locatário é quem paga seus salários e seus dividendos. O contrato de locação que fazem é extremamente draconiano, com prejuízo do locatário , com exigências absurdas.Não importa se você é um locatário cumpridor de suas obrigações, a SOBERBA deles é muito grande. Existem muitas imobiliárias em SP que podem oferecer bons imóveis para locação. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA PLADBENS !!!
It was with great dissatisfaction that I ended a lease with this company. They serve the tenants with great pride, disregarding that the tenant is the one who pays their salaries and dividends. The lease contract they make is extremely draconian, to the detriment of the lessee, with absurd requirements. It doesn't matter if you are a lessee who fulfills your obligations, their SUPERB is very great. There are many real estate agencies in SP that can offer good rental properties. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY PLADBENS!!!
