★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedamos por uma semana no edifício e a experiência foi altamente satisfatória. Em decorrência do COVID - 19 as áreas comuns do prédio como piscina e salão de jogos não estão podendo ser usados. Ainda assim a experiência foi altamente agradável, todos os colaboradores são altamente gentis e dedicados. O prédio está sempre limpo. Sua localização é ótima, perto de vários supermercados.
 We stayed in the building for a week and the experience was highly satisfactory. As a result of COVID - 19 the common areas of the building, such as the swimming pool and games room, cannot be used. Still, the experience was highly pleasant, all employees are highly kind and dedicated. The building is always clean. Its location is great, close to several supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio de apartamentos muito agradável. Tem salão de jogos, além de 2 piscinas. Fica bem próximo a uma grande avenida com Farmácia, MC Donald's, Lojas Americanas, Extra (Mercado). Além disso, localiza-se há 3 quarteirões da praia da Enseada. Muito bom!
Very nice apartment building. It has a game room, in addition to 2 swimming pools. It is very close to a large avenue with Pharmacy, MC Donald's, Lojas Americanas, Extra (Market). In addition, it is located 3 blocks from Enseada beach. Very good!

Well located, everything very accessible. Only bad point is crossing the avenue, both by car and on foot to go to the beach. Fit. Great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de me hospedar durante 5 dias nesse prédio, segundo andar! Fiquei bastante surpreendido pela proximidade com supermercado e lojas, além de ficar a menos de 10 minutos da praia em linha reta! Recomendo esse lugar, para temporada!
I had the opportunity to stay for 5 days in this building, on the second floor! I was very surprised by the proximity to supermarket and shops, in addition to being less than 10 minutes from the beach in a straight line! I recommend this place, for the season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, porém dessa vez que fiquei com minha família(nesse final de semana), a água da piscina parecia não ser trocada há semanas estava bem suja/amarelada. Não tive coragem de entrar. Meus filhos entraram na parte da tarde não tive como conte-los.. resultado a noite os dois com os olhos bem irritados, levei ao médico essa semana e ambos com inflamação/conjuntivite nos olhos. Pode até ser que coloquem cloro na água, mais não fizeram a aspiração da sujeira. Dessa vez não gostei foi bem frustante.
Um ponto positivo são os funcionários, eles são super atenciosos, educados.
Well located, but this time I stayed with my family (this weekend), the water in the pool didn't seem to have been changed for weeks and it was very dirty/yellowish. I didn't have the courage to go in. My children came in in the afternoon, I couldn't tell them.. The result was that both of them had very irritated eyes at night, I took them to the doctor this week and both had inflammation/conjunctivitis in their eyes. It may even be that they put chlorine in the water, but they didn't vacuum the dirt. This time I didn't like it it was very frustrating.
A positive point is the staff, they are super attentive, polite.
