★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando optamos por comprar um imóvel desta empresa, escolhemos a mesma por parecer ser uma construtora que respeitasse os seus cliente, e como diz a marca sinonimo de responsabilidade...Pois bem ha exatos 9 meses recebemos o imóvel ANITA MALFATTI desta construtora localizado na cidade de João Pessoa, e desde então só temos dor de cabeça

Como se o problema das áreas comuns fosse pouco, no meu apartamento por exemplo fiz vistoria em maio de 2015 e pasmem ate a presente data possui pendencia do tipo, teto do apartamento estoura por completo, cada chuva que da aparece um novo vazamento, cerâmica que no manual do usuário diz PORCELANATO, PORÉM NÃO PASSA DE UMA CERÂMICA FRACA E DE MÁ QUALIDADE recebi a mesma toda quebrada e o funcionário para não trocar pintou para disfarçar as quebras, esquadrias manchadas e arranhadas, portas inchadas e destacadas, cano que se entope a cada 15 dias, caixa de energia arranhadas e enferrujadas, granito quebrado, vazamentos em todas as pias.
E solução e resposta que é bom, não temos a engenheira responsável pela obra FABIENE, não retorna ligação e não resolve nada o que nos resta fazer? acionar a mesma judicialmente pq em 9 meses de forma amigável nada foi resolvido, sentimento de decepção de comprar um imóvel na planta e passar por todos esses transtornos e vê que a empresa não se importa com seus clientes.

hoje 25/03 de 2019, e nada foi feito por parte dessa empresa meu apartamento continua com os problemas mencionados aqui em 2016, eles não respondem não aparecem, e meu imovel todo deteriorado, com serviços pendentes. Uma total falto de respeito.

As if the problem of the common areas was not enough, in my apartment for example I did an inspection in May of 2015 and until the present date has pendency of the type, ceiling of the apartment completely burst, every rain that of it appears a new leak, ceramic that in the user's manual it says PORCELANATO, BUT IT DOES NOT PASS FROM A LOW CERAMIC AND OF BAD QUALITY I received the same whole broken and the official not to change painted to disguise the breaks, stained and scratched frames, doors swollen and detached, pipe that is clogged to every 15 days, rusted and rusted energy box, broken granite, leaks in all sinks.
And solution and response that is good, we do not have the engineer responsible for the work FABIENE, does not return the connection and does not solve anything what we have left to do? trigger the same judicially pq in 9 months in a friendly way nothing was resolved, feeling disappointed to buy a property in the plant and go through all these inconveniences and see that the company does not care about its customers.

today March 25, 2019, and nothing was done by that company my apartment continues with the problems mentioned here in 2016, they do not respond do not appear, and my whole property deteriorated with outstanding services. A total lack of respect.
